BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

If you wake up one day and don't want to smile...

If you wake up one day and don't want to smile....     HERE'S MY PIECE OF ADVICE!!!

Have a look at the lyrics.

By the way, do you know the country whose players have won Roland Garros the most times?

  2. I have never listened a Fleetwood Mac song because I didn’t know anything about this group of music who sings rock and blues songs. It’s the first time I listen a song of them, but I really love this!
I think now we (all the students) need songs like this in these days with a lot of exams.
In my opinion the singer is fantastic and the lyric is very good too!
Really now I’m happier than before.

Don’t you look back, don’t you look back ♬

  3. The truth is that some days I wake up with that feeling and I go to bed thinking that it had been better not to get up . But I think that for that our friends exist, so that when they see you sad, they should cheer you and take you out a smile. I think when you have a problem the best is tell it to your friends and share your feelings with your partners.
And of course, to cheer you, listen some of your favorite songs and spend the afternoon doing something fun, because the most important thing is to be happy.

  4. I had never listened this group of music but when I have listened this song I love them, because the lyrics is perfect to cheer up.
Everybody have a bad day, therefore when I wake up and I don’t want to smile I listen my favourites songs -sometimes this songs are very sad and I want to go to bed again, but, normally, songs are happy- because, from my point of view, it is the best form to relax.
There are many people that when they are bad, they don’t want to tell their problems. The truth is that it can be very difficult but I think that unless you talk about your problems with someone, you won’t be happy. In my opinion when people have problems should tell to their friends or family because they always help them.

  5. Well, welcome to ᴡʜʏ ʏᴏᴜ ᴀʀᴇ ᴡʀᴏɴɢ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴤᴀɢᴀ, on what is now the fourth chapter I will be overanalyzing, probably, the lyrics about a song that was posted with the intention of helping people feel better, probably. How can this possibly fit in a group of comments where I arbitrarily use my own research, knowledge and opinion to attack certain subjects? Well, that's a great question and the answer is in the link in the end of the comment.

The lyrics seem to start completely normal, with things following lines about the day and the future being worth smiling for despite the past. And this may just be blank lines that sound good, but people tend to like hearing those to cheer themselves up, so so far so good.
But now, now comes the part where interpretation and analyzing comes in, or as I rather call it because it actually sounds better in my head, "I see what you did there, cha cha real smooth". And oh boy it gets creepy here, because if you say "And not (think) about the things that you've done, if your life was bad to you, just think what tomorrow will do", it can sound like a serious menhace of someone lying or trying to coerce someone else, if not, just read those three lines again now that you have read this. The repetition of the sentences "Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone" and "Don't you look back" sound really different by now seeing how context changed, and the final paragraph before the chorus comes one last time is just so messed up by now, isnt it?.

All I want is to see you smile,
If it takes just a little while,
I know you don't believe that it's true,
I never meant any harm to you.

Anyways, you're welcome for potentially having screwed up a song you enjoyed listening to.
