BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  2. The Paralympics Games in London 2012, the most massive of the history, was opened with the "Illumination" ceremony in which participated the scientist Stephen Hawking. The responsible for the ceremony confirmed the participation of the author of "A brief history of time", possibly the most famous scientist in the world, which takes time does not appear in public at the age of 70.

  3. In my opinion, people don’t care about the Paralympics Games because the TV’s of all over the world don’t give as much information as about The Olympics Games. People know who are our olympics athletes but they don’t know who our paralympics athletes are. Why? Perhaps because they’re different, they must work really hard to get half that olympics athletes. That is our society, in special spanish society: The Olympics games were shown on the first channel, second channel and TDP. Now the paralympics games are only shown on TDP. That is why many people couldn't see the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games live. We must keep in mind that we are all people and we all have the same rights and the same opportunities!

  5. I saw a few competitions of the Paralympics on TV and I was impressed by the power those people have. In my opinion it's a pity that we don't know the Paralympic athletes as much as the Olympic ones, because I think they have worked even harder than them. It's surprising how people with such problems face their day to day and how they reach their dreams. The Paralympics athletes should be something like role models in our society because they show us that nothing is impossible. I think "disabled" is the wrong word to describe them.

  7. This summer have been celebrated the Olympic Games of London and then the Paralympics Game which I'll talk. I looked through to results of Spain and I think they can do better. But, in the paralympics the most important thing, clearly, is participate and compete against oneself and his complications. Because, I think, the spirit of the paralympics is the self-improvement and everyone that participate in this event is like a big symbol of adaptation, superation, and honor. Although isn't one of the most popular events on the world I think is the most spectacular.

  9. When we know that the next summer Olympic Games will be held, we are really looking forward to it, because they are considered the best sport event. Everybody will want to switch on the TV to see how fast Usain Bolt runs. But, why people only watch Olympic Games and not Paralympic Games? I don't know why. It's true that it's incredible the 100 metres race, but for me it's more spectacular watching people running without legs and using prosthesis, and knowing that they run almost as fast as the normal athletes. I think they are the real heroes, they are an example of perseverance and sacrifice. Although it is not only these people that I've commented, also those who play basketball in wheelchairs, blind people who do long jump and many more. They showed us and they will continue showing us that nothing is impossible. In my opinion, they would have to be an example for the society.

  10. I think that paralympics games are more incredible than the others because they fight for their dream that is to be the best. In my opinion it's not equal because there is a lot of categories and maybe a person without arms, competes with someone who doesn't have legs, and it's not fair, because probably is going to win the person who has a advantage. I saw all the olympics and paralympics games, I was fascinated, a paralympic person was faster than me and I admired them because it's not easy, they have a difficult life, but they overcome it and they get being the better. If it's difficult to be the best at good conditions, that's incredible to be the best that way. The only problem it has is that TV doesn't give so much news and information about it and it's not good in a world where people think being in a egalitarian world.
