BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  1. It's really great for Spanish tennis that we have two world class tennis players and they're both in the top five ranking; Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer. The older player, David Ferrer, tried hard to beat Rafa, but the red clay court at Roland Garros in Paris is where Rafael Nadal feels most at home. Nadal beat Ferrer in three straight sets.

This is Rafa's 8th win at Roland Garros. He first won it when he was very young in 2005. This year was a great challenge for him because of his knee injury which he suffered in 2012 immediately after his win at Roland Garros. The experts tell us that it is amazing that he is able to be back and playing at such a high standard after such a serious injury. Nobody was sure that he could ever play to his former standard and win a Grand Slam again.

The biggest hurdle that Rafael had to face in order to win a place in the final in Paris was defeating Novak Djokovic, which he did in the semi-finals, in a five set battle.

His fans are delighted and hope he will return from fishing in Mallorca to play as well at Wimbledon. It will take all his skill as Wimbledon is played on grass, which is not Rafa's favourite surface. He has done it before though, in 2008 he beat Roger Federer in a match which is widely considered to be the greatest match in tennis history. Can he do it again? I'll be watching the television later this month to see!

  2. In the Spanish tennis we have two tennis players that are very good, Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer.

    Rafael Nadal

He born the 3 June 1986 in Mallorca (Spain). He is twenty seven years old. He is considered one of the greatest players of all time. His success on clay has earned him the nickname "King of Clay" and he is widely regarded as the greatest clay court player in history. Now he is the number 5 in the ATP competition.

    David Ferrer

He born the 2 April 1982 in Valencia (Spain). He is thirty-one yars old. He is a Spanish professional tennis player who is the World 4 in the ATP Rankings.

In my opinion, these two players will become the best players in the world and I think they will won the number one in the ATP competition (Novak Đoković).

Before this two fantastic players, there were players like: Manuel Santana, Guillermo Vilas... Also these tenis playeres were, but I think that they weren`t enought good for Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer.

His success on clay has earned him the nickname "King of Clay" and he is widely regarded as the greatest clay court player in history. Now he is the number 5 in the ATP competition, because he had an injury. Although, after his injury he has been in all the final that he has played. He is Nadal.
