BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Neither trekking nor just climbing... it is actually running in the Alps!!!!

Read and watch how a Swiss runner has established this incredible record:

  2. It is incredible to see how a man with just 26 years does this!! Neither trekking nor just climbing, otherwise, running! The Swiss mountain-runner ran up five 4,000-metre peaks within seven hours and 45 minutes. Breaking thus his own record. What a long way! He did the crossing for the first time in 2013, taking just over nine hours to do it.

In the link I have seen the amazing images of the wonderful landscape that he saw during his adventure in the Swiss Alps.

I have done the exclamation exercise and I have had just three errors. (:

  3. In my opinion this man is incredible, because running in mountings it is very difficult and exhausting. It is also very difficult, because he is running in the snow.

The landscape is also very beautiful and amazing. Andreas Steindl was born the 8th of April of 1989. He is a Swiss mountain climber, ski mountaineer and mountain guide. He is 26 years old. One of his most important goal is that he climbed the Matterhorn in a record time of 2 hours 57 minutes, and beat the record of Simon Anthamatten, Ernest Farquet, Marcel Marti and Florent Troillet from 2007.

I think that this man is a very strong man because I do trekking and I know that it is very exhausting to climb this type of things. And it is even more difficult to do it running. I hope he could do it for more years.

  4. Well, I think this man is fantastic !!! This man is 26 years old, he was born in 1989 in Visp, but he lived all his life surrounded by 38 mountains over 4000 meters, he is a son of a mountain guide. This Swiss mountaineer ran four kilometers uphill in the Alps, getting a better time of 77 minutes of difference that his old record in 2013.
Andreas Steindl got his best time of 7 hours, 45 minutes and 44 seconds running from Zermatt to Saas Fee. He made his first ascent at age of 14 years.

On the other hand, I have to say that the landscapes that he saw during his race were spectacular because sometimes he was hooked on the mountain like a monkey.

These type of things are an example of overcoming. Everything you dream can become a reality.
