BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  1. In this comment, I am going to talk about our Study Strip to Ireland in 2016. Every year my father organises a trip to England and this year, he decided to go Dublin, which it is the capital of Ireland. The duration of trip was of six days, but we have some problems and we had to stay there two days more.

In Dublin, in the morning, we usually met at the Spire at 9:30, then, we visited important monuments or museums such as Trinity College, Dublinia museum, Phoenix Park… At midday, we ate our pack-lunch. At 15:00, we went to the school where we learned English until 18:45. We usually arrived at home at 19:30 and we ate dinner with our host families. After that, we had a shower and we went to sleep.

At the weekend, we went to Galway and Connemara and the village of Cong. It was a long, but fantastic trip through the Irish countryside. At the beginning, we went to the village Cong, where the ‘Quiet Man’ was filmed. My father was very excited, because he really likes this type of films. After that, we went to Galway and Connemara.

However, the trip wasn’t perfect, because in Sunday when we wanted to return to Spain French air controllers went on strike so we had to wait until Tuesday to return home. All in all, I think it was good experience for all of us. Next year, we will go to Edinburgh again. I hope the trip will be as good as 5 years ago.
