BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Hairstyles and changing your mind

A certain female student in 2º Bachillerato is always changing her hairstyle dying it this or that colour. How important is hair for you? What is your hair like?

I've changed my mind. Now I am more practical and hair is not a big deal for me any more. I try to keep it short and clean, and that's all!!

  3. We are facing a society in which the appearance hangs on a thread to draw attention to good and not evil. A very striking feature for people to notice you is not the form of vesitr, that is a feature that was quite behind although it sometimes continues to surprise, but the style of hairstyle or the color of your hair.

On the one hand, I think it is good to change the style of hair because it is a way to find your own style. But I also think that to get these changes you need to take care of your hair to the maximum as it suffers more damage than virgin and natural hair.

On the other hand, there is another alternative. There are many people, especially women, who like to change their style but are also comfortable with their natural hair, and not to spoil it and to change it they use wigs of different colors and forms of hairstyle.

I am a person who has continuously changed a lot of hair color, but especially I have changed hairstyle. Two years ago, when I still had it long and very well taken care of, I snuffed the right side of my head and since then I have continued to change colors. But one day I cut it to the height of my neck and I put it blond ash. Since then I have grown my natural color, although I could not avoid the gray color for more than half a year.

  4. Nowadays appareance is very important for our society. It is said that almost everything such as getting a job, making new friends...depends on how we look.

It is an open secret that trying to live up to the standards of beauty is far more complicated for women than for men, although standards of beauty have changed through the years and they are very different depending on the country and culture in which someone lives.

There are a bunch of people who spend a huge amount of money on beauty industry and big companies take advantage of this launching onto the market almost everyday new and expensive products in order to earn money. Women and men purchase different products, for example men are the main consumers of remedies for hair loss, but do any of them actually work?

To conclude, I would add that youtuber and people who make a living from social media have an incredible influence on teenagers and young people who are the main consumers, due to this fact more and more brands pay them to make their products appear on their videos, which has increased the consumption.

  5. Do you care much for your hair? It is like your little baby? Nowadays, people have different styles and forms of getting dressed, getting their hair styled.... Sometimes, the way people are combed tells us a lot about him or her. If you see a person with spiky and very long hair, you may think that he is a person with character, personality and this even makes you afraid to talk with him or her. In contrast, if you see a person with a normal hairstyle, with hair down and with not much difficulty of combed, you might think that he is a sociable and friendly person.

Mainly, the women change more their hairstyles than the men. They often dye their hair of different colours, they cut it, they make curious hairstyles.....etc. It is like a tradition for them. However, men also like have their hair cut and curious. In my case, I'm having my hair cut every month. I go to a barber in Motril and he cuts my hair, this weekend, I'm cutting my hair because I have asked the barber for an appointment.

Concluding, hairstyles can make us have a first impression of somebody, of his personality, his character, his way of being...Not only women care for their hair, men too. The more time passes, the more strange hairstyles will appear.

  6. In the past people used to have a similar hairstyle, because they thought the same and there were a lot of rules, for these reasons they said the same, and if they saw a different people they saw it with bad eyes.

Nowadays people have an open mind and they accept every style, it is good for the society because if you like a style to wear or a hairstyle you can wear it. But there are people who actually think the same that in the past, they are closed mind people.

In this years men and women have a lot of hairstyles, but it was different in the past men wear the same style and they did not worry about their hairstyle, but at the present hairstyle are too important for men. Equally for women the hairstyle are too important.

In my opinion, nowadays hairstyle are too important for me and I like going to the barber shop to peel me.

  7. Society is constantly changing. Where before we found very similar people with each other, with the same hair, the same style of clothes, etc ... Now, we find people with different hair colors and they aren´t always normal colors. People use all this to differentiate themselves from the rest and create their own personal brand. Many times to make a change of look is because you are going to produce important changes in your life or that you want to leave something behind.

However, constantly changing the style of hair, changing the color for example, can have negative repercussions such as losing the shine of the hair, that it becomes more fragile etc ...

From my point of view, and as a person who has changed his hair style thousands of times, I think it´s a good thing if you know what you are doing. I think that leaving the normative isn´t a bad thing, we must break with the established beauty canons and try to differentiate each other from the rest. If not, we will be simple clones of each other.

  8. Nowadays, we live in a society where our appearance, although not as important as some years ago, is still important. Moreover, in terms of our appearance, we can talk about the way we dress, make-up, piercings, tattoos... Today we are going to focus on the hairstyle and how it has changed over the years, in addition to some problems it has.

On the one hand, hairstyles are a way of expression. In the past, there were no such things as hair dyes or straighteners. However, nowadays it is very common to see people with hair colors such as blue, pink or green, especially teenagers. With their hairstyle they try to express themselves and send a message about how they are. Besides, it' s really fun to play with colors, dare to cut it or do any kind of hairstyle. And you don't have to worry about it if it doesn't look good, because you can always cut it or dye it again.

On the other hand, our hairstyle can be a problem sometimes. Although it's not as common as it was a few years ago, there are some places where you can be looked badly at just because of your hairstyle. In addition, in certain jobs the same thing happens. If you, who have a "weird" hairstyle, apply for a job and there is another candidate with "normal" hair, sometimes they choose the second one just because they like their appearance better, and that is very bad. Furthermore, another problem with hair and hairstyles is that they can create insecurities in people. Especially hair loss and baldness stand out. This affects both men and women but especially men. For some people hair loss is a big problem because while other people of the same age have a lot of hair, they are bald. However, you shouldn't worry about this because it's totally normal.

In short, hair is a complement to our look, and it can be fun to change it sometimes. From my point of view, everyone should wear their hair the way they like it and the way they are most comfortable. Also, you don't have to worry about problems like hair loss because it's very common.
