BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  3. I like playing video games, and I play games that are considered eSports. I think that they shouldn´t be consideed sports, but I think that they will be a very important thing in the future. Today, they have millions of spectators. Some games like LoL or CS:GO earn millions of dollars every year, eSports tournaments are a very important way to earn this money, this games fill up stadiums every year in big competitions.
There are a lot of teams battling for the TOP 1, players must train a lot, and they earn a lot of money, too. Today, eSports aren´t know enought as they should be. I think that there should be an eSports category in the Olimpic games, because there are a lot of people that follow them and players should have more recognition.

  7. Nowadays video games are beeing more important and popular, but can eSports be really considered as any other average sport?

On the one hand, some video games are really difficult and you have to practise a lot, you also have to be intelligent, have skill and have a good coordination among other things.

On the other hand, sport is a physical activity were you have to run, jump or move your body for example; and playing video games you are only moving your fingers!

From my point of view, video games shouldn’t be considered as a sport, it can’t be included in the Olympic games. Nevertheless, i think that a good option could be making an “Olympic games” only for the different types of videogames, it could be a good idea!

  9. I like playing video games, in my free time I usually play video games to spend my free time.
Video games should not be considered sports.
Some games need a lot of practice since they are very difficult, you must have a lot of skill, and therefore many players spend many hours practicing.
They should not be considered a sport since you only move your fingers, and it is considered a sport when you have to run or jump.
Many players spend many hours practising to finish in the top 1, and thus earn a lot of money.
In my opinion the. Video games should not be considered a sport, I think a good option could be to make an "Olympic game" only for different types of video games, and many people would participate and it would be a good option.

  10. I like playing video games, in my free time and when I can, I usually play video games to spend my free time.

I think that the video games shouldn't be considerated a sport, because you don't train and you don't use a big phisical exertion. It's really that some people yes that think , because they say that you train the mentality, that this thing it's really, but I don't think that are enough as to for call " sport".

Some games need a lot of practice since they are very difficult, you must have a lot of skill, and there are many players that spend a lot of time practicing for finish in the top 1 of his country, Europe, America inclusive of the world.

Now there are a lot of world cup of video games as, FIFA, Fornite...

In my opinion the video games mustn't considerated a sport, I think that it a good option to create a world cup and his tournement to for this players that are very good.

  12. eSports are a thing that is increasing lately in both popularity and participance. While a lot of people are starting to get into the gaming community and culture,no to talk about the recent appearence of the quarantine and how it ended up forcing the close of a lot a major sports competitions for at least a few months.

From the point of view of someone who grew up with videogames from basically my youngest memories, with jewels like Yoshi´s Island, Mortal Kombat and Mario Kart for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and WWE Raw vs. Smackdown for the PlayStation 2, to the modern and most recent games such as Among Us and Discord roleplay servers. Seeing the amount of atention and attraction that are receiving eSports is something wonderfull, since it shows how people is changing it´s opinion on video games from "nerdy useless things for little kids" to something more complex and that is way more complex and open to any possibility. And even with the usual kind of person (which it´s age rarely is lower 40 years old...) who still see it as just a screen with dumb stuff, and the many, many news from the TV with low research if any. It still is nice to see how the general opinion is leaning to a more neutral or friendly approach to eSports and therefore their audience.
Since i don´t want to write a paragraph of the length of the Bible, i will quickly resume that gaming competition, while it has been a thing since the arcade games of Donkey Kong, PacMan and Castlevania, it was League of Legends, World of Warcraft and the Smash Bros community who first started to drag enough attention to start making yearly tournaments where everyone with the enough skill was able to join. Of course at the beggining the tournaments were nothing compared with how they´re nowadays, which the influence of Minecraft, Fortnite, Rainbow Six: Siege, and still of course, League of Legends.

To finnish, i just have to add, while yes, eSports probably wont ever make it into the Olympics, or you don´t need to run and make lots of physical exercise to play, yet, give some time to VR tech and we will see, sports such as Chess, shooting arrows with a bow, Golf and even shooting doenst require a lot of movement, and yet they´re considered official and dign olympic sports. I´m not saying that videogames are better than this examples, I know how chess is harder and affects mentally more tha it can look at first, but that´s where I´m heading at, just because we see a teenager in front of a computer, it doesnt mean he isnt doing something that is hard to achieve and requires lots of work.

  13. I think that eSports are really sports, to participate in them you need a lot of practice and training. Many people think that eSports is useless but no, I think that in a few years eSports will be the competitions of the future and will be more famous than the competitions we know today. recently, gamers who liked eSports called us geeks but now more people like them and eSports are becoming more famous. Thanks to eSports, a lot of millions of dollars are generated. In my opinion eSports is something that has been with us for years

  14. I think that eSports are a sport that should be more recognized worldwide, because to participate in them you have to train much more than in any sport, many people think that eSports are useless and that playing video games has no future, but I think that in a few years it will be one of the most recognized sports worldwide. I like to play video games and I would like to participate one day.

  15. FIFA

I like to play eSport video games and my favorite is FIFA.

There are world championships where the winner gets a lot of money. Players spend many hours practicing and spending money to get better players.

I like to play online, but I have not participated in championships. I play well, but I'm not the best.

I think it's a good distraction, but it's not good to abuse it, that's why I also play real football.

  16. These days videogames are becoming more and more popular and almost everyone has played videogames at least once. Some people are really good at playing videogames and have a lot of followers who see them playing. Some of the videogames have competitions where you can win prizes or earn money. Some videogames ever have their own world championships! These videogames which have their own competitions are often considered "eSports".

The problem is that some people want to see exports in competitions like the Olympics. There are people who agree because you can see competitions in both of them. But there are people who think that eSports shouldn't be in the Olympics because they aren't real sports. People who play eSports aren't considered athletes and they don't have to train. The see these people as people who don't have a social life because they spend all the day in front of the computer to be the bests.

As a person who has grown up playing videogames I wouldn't like to see them in the Olympics. I think that videogames are just for fun. Some of the videogames I play are considered eSports and In my opinion, it would be really strange to see a football match and a fifa game. Furthermore, a profesional athlete has to train every day and people who play eSports don't have to train, they only are very good at videogames because they have spent hours playing and playing. Additionally, if you play so many hours playing videogames, you will be sitting for so long. So much time in the same position without moving or doing exercise could be bad for the health.
