BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  1. Everyone should be happy. For me, happy is getting a lot money becouse you can buy things with that money. Money can make people happy because they can buy things they need. Other thing that make me happy is my family. To be with my family together is the best thing in the world. I love family reunions: Christmas, holidays... because I can be with the persons I love more. My family and money are my favourite things to be happy.

  2. Nowadays, the definition of happiness is very subjective because each person has a way of being happy, so what means "happiness"?

On the one hand, the first thing we need to know is that happiness is not something we can all feel on the same way, each person has a different way of "being happy"; there are people who are happy having health, other people who feel good with lots of money and other people who like to be with their family and friends. However, we can all describe happiness as a positive feeling and healthy, and, as a result, we treat others and ourselves better; “Happiness makes the world go round” many people say.

On the other hand, there are experts who claim that being "too happy" has negative effects in some ways; psychologists have said that searching the happiness is enough to be to unhappiness, this means that the desire to meet society’s expectations and goals can create anxiety and stress. Besides, there are some persons who enjoy hurting other people, and they are happy doing this, so... happiness is really good at all?

In my opinion, the secret to being happy is to take things easy and give them the importance they need. Besides, if we help other people I'm sure it will make us happy.

  4. Happiness is quite subjetive and we can't forget that our brain works with chemical reactions producing hormones and some parts of the brain are stimulated by the reward effect, that means that we can be happy because of something delicious, do sport, do something difficult or earn money but other people found happiness in activities wich put themselves in danger their lives, because of the adrenalin. We can't forget either that we are a social species and spend time with other people that can make us happy. As well, fact of being omnivorous animals can make some of us find happiness in activities like hunting or fishing

  5. There are different ways to be happy. Happiness is something subjective and each person has a way of being happy. But, what is the true secret of happiness? Is hapiness linked to longer life?

Happiness is a positive feeling that is in our mind. But, each person has a way to express it. Some are happy with money and others with family and friends. Nevertheless, there are lots of ways to be happy. For example, you can have breakfast at different cafés bars once a month, do an excursion, have time with friends or simply smile when you need.

Being happy improves the quality of your life and can also make it last longer. Moreover, happiness reduces your stress levels, and some scientists say that trying to be happy has direct benefits in health. Nevertheless there are many people who have very good reasons to not be happy due to family problems.

In conclusion, being happy is just a matter of choice and minimal effort. So, the power is on yourself, and you have the opportunity to change that.

  8. Happiness is something very relative , that means it depends only on you. Some people are happy with just a little and others, however, need a lot to feel good so, what is happiness? Is there a key to be happy in life?.

Happiness is described as an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy , satisfaction ; it´s a lifestyle. However , there is no stable concept of happiness because each person has a different way to express it . You can be very happy with a lot of money ,but other people can be happy just when they are with their friends or family.

There isn´t a key to find happiness but you can work to find it. One way is achieving goals that you are motivated to persue , particulary ones that are focused on personal growth. Another way is to avoid negative thoughts because people have a natural tendency to pay more attention to bad things than to good things . In fact, happiness is generally linked to experiencing more positive feelings than negative.

Happiness depends on ourselves, that means knowing yourself to know what you really want in life. To me , happiness means self-realizing and reaching the goals of the human being.

  9. What does happiness mean? If you search for a definition it would say something like "a feeling of joy and well-being" but, if you are wondering where does it come from you may not end up with an answer on the internet, because it depends on the person.

At today's society it is impossible to formulate an equation of what makes you happy, is it money?, traveling, knowledge?. If you asked different people what happiness looks like, their answers might be complete opposites; one could say that for them, it'd be living in a New Yorks apartment earning a lot of money while another would rather keep it simple and live on the countryside. So it is none of the things named above.

To truly get closer to your answer you must think what you really want deep down. Getting closer to that goal is what produces feeling fulfill and happy. Furthermore, you ought to avoid negative environments, because as sociable animals we are we care about the opinion of those closest to us. Therefore, one of the keys of happiness is to be surrounded with people we love ,who support us and stick with us at the process of achieving our main goal.

In conclusion, as far as I am concerned, the final appearance of happiness changes completely depending on each person but, the way to get there remains the same. Do what you want to get where you desire with the people you love.
