BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Never do it for the plot... at least in my class!

You should never do anything for the plot in the English class, or any classes at all. You have to be consistent in your efforts. This is no card game!Your future depends on it.

The English We Speak: Do it for the plot (BBC Learning English)

I agree there are times in life you have to do it for the plot even if you fail or have some negative consequences. In a relationship when you fancy someone, you have to make one step forward even if you are not 100% sure. When you are playing a match and you are losing, there's a moment when you have to do it for the plot and you may be lucky and win against the odds. That's the way to face a challenge.
