BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

HOMERIC!!!

We cannot find the appropriate adjectives for matches like the one played by Sir Roger Federer and Relentless Novak Djokovic in the 2019 Wimbledon Final yesterday.

But let's first see what the adjective 'homeric' means by watching this bit in the film The Quiet Man starred by John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara  >>>>

The adjective 'homeric' obviously comes from the Greek writer HOMER. What do you know about him? If you don't much or anything, click on the link!

  1. Novak Djokovic is a tennis player.
He is thirty-two years old. He is from Belgrado, so Novak is Serbian. Djokovic is famous because he is the ATP number one.
He is tall and strong. His hair is short and dark. He has brown eyes.
His personality is soy but funny. Novak is not lazy. Djokovic is brave and hard-working.
