BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  1. To begin with, I'm going to write about Rafa Nadal. He was born in Mallorca, Spain in 1986. He began to play tennis at the age of 3 and he became professional at the age of 15. When he was 3 years old, his uncle, Toni Nadal, who is a former professional tennis player, started working with him, because he had seen his aptitude for playing tennis.

He is known as the best clay-court player in the history and because of his dominance and success on this type of surface, he has been called The King of Clay. However, he doesn't just win on this surface, he has won a lot more trophies, for instance, two US Open, an Australian Open and two Wimbledon tournaments. His evolution into an all-court threat has established him as one of the greatest players in tennis history.

In reference to the French Open, he is the only player in the world who has won it ten times. It is incredible! I think nobody will be able to do more than him in Roland Garros. He would perhaps be the only tennis player that wins it ten times or more since he can win it again.

Currently, he is the second of the ATP ranking, but I think that he will be the first very soon. He has already been in the first position of the ranking.

  2. I'm going to write about Rafa Nadal and her professional life.

On the one hand he was born in Manacor (Mallorca) in 1986. He is a tennis player, who occupies the second position of the ranking ATP. He began to play tennis at the age of 3 with his uncle Toni Nadal. He was playing football, basketball and other sports, but his parents began to believe in him when he won a title sub-12 at the age of 8. He has many nicknames, for example, 'The king of the land', 'The killer','The gladiator', etc.

On the other hand he is the best player in clay-court, but he has won other titles. I reckon that Nadal is the best in clay-court, Federer is the best in grass and Djokovic is the best in rough road. Although Nadal has come to the final, he sometimes loses because there is someone that is better in this track. Also Nadal has won titles in other track. He is a reference in Roland Garros because he is the only player that has won it ten times.

From my point of view Nadal is the best of the world because nobody has done that he does. I think that Nadal is better than Murray, Djokovic and Federer. I think that nobody is going to win Nadal because the best player of tennis have the same age, except Federer and they haven't do it.

  3. Rafael Nadal was born on the island of Mallorca in Spain in 1986 and he still lives there with his family. He started playing tennis when he was just three years old, after watching his uncle Tony play the sport at a local tennis club. Rafael's uncle began teaching him how to play tennis and by the age of 11, Rafael was winning youth tennis tournaments all across Spain.

At the age of 8, Nadal won an under-12 regional tennis championship and when he was just 12 years old, he won the Spanish and European tennis titles in his age group. He turned professional at age of 15. After, Nadal made it to the semifinals of the Boys' Singles tournament at Wimbledon. At the age of 17, he became the youngest male to reach the third round at Wimbledon since Boris Becker.

In 2005, Rafael continued to work his way up the world rankings and won the 2005 French Open with a four set victory over Mariano Puerta of Argentina. Nadal repeated as French Open champ in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and won his 65th straight match on clay court. He followed up by winning Wimbledon in 2008. In 2009, Rafael won his first Grand Slam singles title against Roger Federer in the Australian Open. At the 2009 French Open Rafael defeated Lleyton Hewitt and set the record of 31 consecutive wins at Roland Garros.

In addition to all these achievements and trophies, Nadal has won many more, but they are too many to write all. Everyone thinks that Nadal is the king of the clay-court because he has won ten titles in this tournament, called Roland-Garros. From my point of view, nobody will be better than Rafa in clay-court. Finally, I want to say that I´m very proud that one of the best tennis players in the world is Spanish.

  4. Rafael Nadal was born in Manacor, Balearic Islands, Spain. As everybody knows he is a Spanish professional tennis player, currently ranked In the first position of the ATP ranking. He is most known as the greatest clay court player in history, because of his dominance and success on clay, he has been called "The King of Clay". His evolution into an all surfaces has established him as one of the greatest players in tennis history.

But lately, in the last two opens he isn´t getting good results, I don´t know why because He wasn´t playing a bad tennis, I mean, in Montreal, He lost in the round of 16 against Shapovalov, but the previous match he easely won Coric, one of the tennis players with better future, by 6-1, 6-2.
In Cincinnati, It was almost the same, He easely won the two previous matches against Gasquet and Albert Ramos, but then,He lost in quarter finals against Kyrgios

This week Rafa has become Number 1 in the ATP ranking again, after three long years.

I really hope Rafa to be the number 1 as long as possible, although, I think this season Roger is playing at his best tennis in his whole career
