I want to live a longer and healthier life, so I do some physical exercise. I play football once or twice per week, since I don't have more free time to practise it. I'm sure that if I had more free time, I would play much more.
ResponderEliminarTennis and racquet sports have many physical benefits, for instance, they help you to improve your cardiovascular capacity. They also have multiple psychological benefits, like the calmness supports in moments of pressure or to enjoy the teamwork. For children, playing tennis is a fantastic way of starting to develop the discipline, the commitment to the world of sport and learning of theirs mistakes.
On the contrary, I do neither tennis nor swimming and the articles say that they can be the key to live a better life and football can't. I don't think so, because if you practise football you are doing sport and all sport is better than be at home just do nothing.
The article says that people who play team sports when younger often do not move onto a new sport once their teams disband and they become spectators, but I think there's always a football team in your city and you can play with all the members of it, regardless of age.
Being active is good for all of us on so many levels, from keeping the heart in shape to improving blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Moreover, exercise has also been linked to benefits for the brain and lower risk of some cancers. But which types of activities are the best for our health? Does it matter what kind of exercise you do? In this essay, I will discuss how different types of sports can help us to keep fit and healthy.
ResponderEliminarMany young people, just like many old people, waste their time. Some youngsters choose to sleep instead of getting up and being active. Others are more active, although they prefer to spend their time, for instance in coffe shops with friends or alone. Still others never leave the house and are always chatting on the Internet or watching sports on TV. Nevertheless, thre are also many people who are active and productive, whose life style is sport.
On the one hand, according to a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, not all types of physical activity are equal. People who are engaged in racquet sports such as tennis or swimming and aerobics have a lower risk to die because of natural causes. Scientists say the difference may lie in the social aspect as for instance, when you play tennis, you join a club and extra activities. Nevertheless, most people who play team sports stay playing that game until the team brokes down and then, they don't play any sport anymore. On the other hand, researches believe that other sports such as running or football don't seem to be the best for prolonging life. Furthermore, it is said that the impact of running might have been underestimated.
Taking all into account, I would like to say that sometimes we all spend too long doing one thing, when we should try to have a balanced range of activities. Not only that, but also I want you to know this study isn't the only way to stay healthy as there are also many other ones which affirm running is an sport which reduces cardiovascular ilnesses. So, I believe sports are all good, there are ones which help in the long term and other ones that don't, though.

Everybody knows that do physical exercise it's very good for the health and for the mind, the sport prevents illnesses, for example it reduce the glucid in the blood, it reduce the cholesterol too, and if you have a problem in your body like problems in the back or bones you must do exercise.
ResponderEliminarThere are a lot of sports that you can practise, you can play football, basketball, golf , tenis , swimming, running. Probably you like some sport for this reason you should to practise something sport .
I think that swimming it's the most complety sport, and a lot of studies say this. I love swimming behind the football it's my favourite sport. I playing football in Atlethic of Salobreña, the next year I will play in a football 11 team I have been signed up to play in this team.

Tennis is associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, reduces blood pressure and improves heart function. Both tennis, paddle, badminton and squash are exercises that combine high-intensity intervallic components with breaks between game points. This causes a high energy expenditure that contributes to control fat weight and increase muscle weight and functionality. This, in turn, has a beneficial effect against obesity and diabetes. With swimming a good part of the body musculature is exercised. It stimulates, on the one hand, the muscular development and, on the other, the neuromuscular coordination. At the cardiovascular level, this last effect is key, since it implies a neurological activity that facilitates the control of the arterial pressure. Also, increasing the muscle mass that is achieved with swimming also increases energy expenditure, which improves the level of blood fats such as cholesterol and triglycerides and fat. Another advantage of this activity is that it does not produce impacts on the joints, so you can start practicing if you have the years you have. The importance of this data is that age is a cardiovascular risk factor.
ResponderEliminarThe key of a healthy lifestyle is the sport. Many people decide run for stay well, other people prefer walk (because their body does not allow them to run) simply for not fatten. There people that never do sport and in the future they have health problems.
ResponderEliminarFor example, I prefer go to run every days to keep me thin; when I can't go I feel bad because I think I've failed. Also, I usually go with my friends to play football and so we doing sport.
Swim or play tennis is other form of doing sport. I have many friends that play tennis and they says that is very funny and very healthy, and I agree with their; although a day I try to play but I was very bad. Swim so are very good for the body, but I don't practice never.
I think that for have a health life, you need doing sport and you can't make excuses.

Many young people, like many elderly people, waste their time. Some young people choose to sleep instead of getting up and being active. Others are more active, although they prefer to spend their time, for example, in cafes with friends or alone. And others never leave the house and are always chatting on the Internet or watching sports on television. However, there are also many active and productive people whose lifestyle is sport.
As a sportsman I am thinking that you have to do sports for a minimum of 3 days a week, which will get you in shape and prevent some diseases.

ResponderEliminarAll of us want to live a longer and healthier life. The best way to get it is practising some kind of sport.
ResponderEliminarMany investigations say if you want to stave of death for as long as possible, you might practise tennis or badminton. These sports have a lot of good both physical and mental benefits. Moreover, they reduce your risk of death at any given age by almost 50%.
However, there are other sports like football or running that do not produce such good effects. But in general, the participation in sport protects you in terms of long-term mortality.
In my opinion, if you don´t do sport, you should try to be interested in any of them. And you should choose a sport that you enjoy and you really want to do.

In my point of view, swimming is the best sport, because I swim since I was four years old so it’s a sport very important for me. I discovered this sport because my sister needed swimming for her health so we came from Lanjarón to Salobreña, because in Lanjarón there aren’t swimming classes. Of that way I discovered Salobreña and I made a lot of friends.
ResponderEliminarWhen I swim I am relaxed because I forget my daily problems. It´s a continuous personal growth. Also, my coach helps us a lot for love swimming, because we have a team spirit. Now, we don’t go everybody to train because the classes were failed with the coronavirus. However, now there are classes again, but they have started the university so they can go to train.
I love swimming but my favorite part is the competition. We went to other parts of Granada to compete with other swimmers, and we make new friends. However, although I love swimming, my favorite part of the competition is the bus because we talk a lot together and we know us more.

ResponderEliminarDoing sport is one of the most important things for health, and I´m not talking just about physical health… Mental health is essential. For me, for example, going swimming helps me when I´m stressed with the exams. It may seem contradictory because while you are swimming, you are “wasting” your time, but not for me! It helps me to focus better.
ResponderEliminarI have swum since I´m 3 years old, and swimming is a sport that I love. I´m not really keen on ball sports because I find them so difficult, but if I had to choose another sport to practise, I think that I would choose tennis.
As I see it, it is an interesting sport, and I like it better when I realize that it is good for our health. But if I wanted to play tennis, I would have to find a good teacher to teach me because I'm really bad at it. Anyway, it´s always a good time to learn, so maybe one day I´ll start playing tennis!
I strongly believe that we all should do sport. It doesn´t matter which one you choose, but you have to do exercise frequently if you want to have good health. I am convinced that there will always be a sport that you like. If you don´t like any sports, keep searching, maybe you haven´t found the best one for you yet!
