What would be your solutions to the problem? Whose fault is it?

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

The housing problem is a problem that has been always there, but now, in this period of crisis, it has increased. In my view there are many solutions to the problem, in fact the government is studying emergency measures. I think that before a family is evicted, this family must be studied because all cases are not the same.
ResponderEliminarWhose fault is it? I don’t know. Municipalities, government, banks, proprietary… everybody is guilty, but nobody knows what to do. A few years ago banks offered mortgages to people that couldn't pay it in the future. I don’t say that all cases are the same, but the main problem is that families, who won much money with construction, started to buy houses that had mortgages that they cannot pay and now they pay the consequences.
To be honest, I don’t have trust in our government but I hope politicians will find solutions to the problem and anyone will be evicted.

Nowadays evictions are usual in Spain, and for politicians this is a problem; because due to the economic crisis, the people haven´t the same purchasing power as before.
ResponderEliminarThe problem of evictions isn´t to one in particular, but is general. These are the consequences of mismanagent of bank and politicians, apart from missing money.
But politicians don´t see that the solution isn´t to increase the taxes but a good money management.

Nowadays there are many families who are homeless. We can see in the news every day families that are evicted because they have no money to pay their mortgage. I think that's a serious problem because families lose everything: their house, their memories... and children should never suffer an eviction. However, there are many empty houses belonging to the banks where many families could live.
ResponderEliminarOur Constitution states that everyone has the right to decent housing but we all know that it isn't true. Under my point of view, there are many corrupt politicians and bankers who only seek their interests. The result is that there are very rich people and very poor people at the same time, and the middle class will probably disappear.

ResponderEliminarAll the days we can see this problem in the news. In the last year, or better said, in the last months the housing problem is increasing in our country by the crisis. Many families have had to leave their houses because they have no money to pay their mortage. Here is the main problem of this, a few years ago, the families, who are suffering this problem now, requested mortages that they can´t afford them now.
ResponderEliminarAt this moment it is a very difficult situation for many families that are losing their houses with their sons. Now, in Salobreña, there is a case of a family who is being victim of evictions and they appeared on TV yesterday.
I think that the fault is the government and the Banks. They must find a solution to the problem because everyone has a right to housing.
STOP EVICTIONS!

The housing problem is increasing because of the crisis. More and more families who lose their homes stay on the streets with their children, with nothing to eat and nothing to live on. And meanwhile, hundreds of corrupt politicians whiten money. I think it will explode at some time and I don’t think it will end well. There are countries that aren’t in crisis and when they receive a tax increase, they take the streets and do what is necessary to stop it.
ResponderEliminarHowever we, perhaps the most affected, don’t fight for our future, and this may improve, but we must do something so that we are not treated as idiots and, of course, we must help people who need it.

In my opinion the evictions are actua, there are more people that suffer from an economic crisis which is very serious. Many people can't pay their mortgage and conseequently, the people sleep in the street because they don't have other option.
ResponderEliminarI think the evictions aren't an optio to resolve the problem.
I think people must have a place to live in a good conditions.
ResponderEliminarThere are many people that is living in outdoors and suffering, families with his childrens that they haven't got a place to live.
In my opinion housing problem is a very huge problem. The number of homeless is increasing very fast. The prices of a house is very expensive. There are more and more empty house. People can not pay the mortgage because is to high. People are loosing their jobs, so they can pay nothing.
ResponderEliminarAll those things pass because they built too many houses and created the bubble house. The Spanish goverment asked loans to the German government. The Spanish goverment gave the money for the construction. While people bought houses nothing happened, but when people stopped buying homes there was no money to pay to Germany. When German goverment asked the money of the loans, Spanish goverment said them that they money don`t have money to paid them, so it started the crisis and banks began to close and the constructions fell off.
Now companies have laid off many people and are going to hire for a lower salary. Now the stock market is going up, but very slowy. I think we are going to be in crisis many years.
The prices of houses has fallen sharply and now to find job is difficult, if you are not well prepared. Many people have emigrated to other European Union countries looking for work and others have emigrated to America or Middle East.
I hope we recover of this crisis.
