You need to be careful because these allergies can be dangerous, and in some cases, can be mortal. I recommend you to go to a doctor and revise yourself to detect allergies or not.

Nickel is a chemical element that it use to do some objects and the worse thing is that, there is nickel in the majority of food!! My mother now can eats without be carefully with the food. This allergies causes many types of problems in the skin and respiratory or digestive system. Some of them are so serious that can cause you the death.

ResponderEliminarThe most common allergies are to the food, like lactose, eggs…In this cases, people must see the components of everything that they will taste or eat .But there are more, like allergies to some different plants, like olive tree or the pollen of many plants. In this cases, people should stay far away of these substances because it can produces asphyxiation among others symptoms that can be worst. And they should always carry with them any medicine to be prevented.
Experts said that this allergies can be provocate because of the diets which are restricted or because of atmospheric polluting.

Some experts say that food allergy is on the rise, but, there is not a single reason. ResponderEliminarNowadays, the number of allergies is increasing especially in children. About 7% of children have food allergies and in some serious cases they could die. How worried should parents be? What can they do to solve this problem or reduce it?
ResponderEliminarOn the one hand, according to research we can observe that between 6% and 8% of children have food allergies, compared with less than 3% of adults. In addition, the number is growing in western countries, like China. Besides, some allergies are more common in children, like cow's milk or egg allergy. Although, the most frequent food allergy recently is in seafood, especially in prawns.
On the other hand, many researchers have done a lot of research but for now there isn't cure for a food allergy, although promising work involving the use of probiotics and pharmacological treatments have recently been carried out. Besides, another problem is that at any time in life it is possible to develop an allergy to something previously tolerated. Although it is not known for certain why this happens, some researchers say that it could be due to reasons like lack of vitamin D, intestinal health and pollution. Other researchers say that if breastfeeding is done for six months before introducing other foods, the risk of allergies is much lower.
To sum up, although food allergy is not the leading cause of death of people with food allergies, more research should be done until a treatment is found and no one else dies due to this problem.

ResponderEliminarNowadays there are so many people who are allergic or intolerant to some kind of food , especially children . These allergies can be more or less dangerous and sometimes even cause death. So if you are allergic to something , you should be very careful when you eat.
ResponderEliminarThere are many different allergies, the most common are intolerance to eggs, flour or nuts such as peanuts. But, why are we allergic ?. This is because our intestines believe that the substance we are eating is bad for us and it acts on it. Some people are just intolerant and that means they can eat this kind of food in small quantities and not very often.
The effects that can cause allergy are varied , from fevers , tummy ache , vomiting . In fact, there are some people who can´t even be in contact with the substance that causes them allergy. I have a friend who is allergic to gluten and it´s a problem when she wants to go out to eat. In addition, gluten free food is much more expensive than normal food.
To sum up, being an allergic person can sometimes be a bit difficult because you have to be very careful with what you eat or where are you going to eat

There are so many kinds of food allergy and intolerances now a days, some of the most common are lactose, egg and nut allergies ,and the reactions are also very different, while some people just feel bad or have a bellyache some people could actually die from the allergy. So it is really important for people who suffer from them to read the ingredients of every product they buy.
ResponderEliminarIn my case, I am celiac, which means that i can not eat anything that contains gluten in it. In fact it is a quite usual allergy due that between the 1% and the 2% of the Spanish population is celiac (in actual numbers those are between 450.000 and 900.000 people just in Spain).
But the numbers are growing and growing as the time pass, and not just with that allergy but for all of them. So that is something scientist have observed and are tying to figure out. Why are there more people with food allergy now? Why are there even new kinds of intolerances?
Scientists after a lot of research don ´t have an exact answer but they explain that it could be caused by the change of our diet.
I have lived that on my own experience, when I first was diagnosed that allergy there were many fewer cases. It made my family visit different doctors in different cities without any result because the illness wasn´t so well known.
Also, at the end when they finally told my family what I had they had no clue of what it was and there wasn´t almost any gluten free special product in the supermarket moreover it was even worst if I had to go to restaurants where they had to explain it to the waiters ,but at the end, there was cross contamination(when products with gluten mix with products without it), so I always got sick.
Where as today that is very common and there are many things in the supermarket to buy (more expensive that the normal ones but it´s an improvement).
Also because of all those new allergies scientists are trying to create cures ,investigating why is it produced and developing new kinds of aliments without those substances that in the future could replace the others.
In my opinion that is very interesting and it´s new field in science which surely will be very successful. And who knows.. perhaps in the futures food allergies might be solved.

But not all allergies are forever, sometimes after a few years you can get rid of the allergy. For example, when I was a child I had an allergy to eggs, but after a few years the allergy started to disappear.
