ResponderEliminarPostures for day to day is one of the most important parts of health. Standing straight on the school chairis better than cowling or lying on the table. For many peolpe know that it is tired to be always straight but it is the best for health. If you are in class lied on the table or leaning on the wall or windows you will have less concentration and it will take you much difficult to pay attention because there will be things that can distract you, however if you are looking ahead and straight you will have more concentration and less things that distract you.
