BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  4. Nowadays, one of the most important things of the day to day is what we eat and the effects it has.

This has caused that in France many people are changing their way of eating. They want to be flexitarian, this diet is like vegetarian but more flexible.

Flexitarianism is a type of diet in which you only eat meat or fish when you feel the need.

The French want to be flexitarians for the welfare of animals, reduce their consumption of animals for health and reduce the impact on the planet.

In my opinion, flexitarianism has positive and negative things. On the one hand, it takes care of the environment and the animals. But on the other hand, many butchers and fishmongers are going to lose their jobs.

  5. In France more and more people want to change the way of eating . They want to be flexitarian , cutting their animal intake for health , animal welfare and reducing the impact on the planet .

Flexitarianism is like being vegetarian , but flexible , so they don´t eat either meat or fish but sometimes they eat some steak when they feel the urge .

For that a lot of French butchers ask for police protection because they could lose their jobs. Moreover the shops have been sprinkled with fake blood and covered with graffiti.

In my opinion , it could be a good idea to protect the environment but on the other hand the butchers and fishmongers could lose their jobs .

  6. Every New Year we think about New year´s resolutions, and they are usually related about eating healthily.

In France, many people are adopting a more flexitarian diet. This diet consists in reducing consumption of animals for the sake of health, the welfare of animals or to reduce the impact on the environment.

Flexitarians eat mostly vegetarian food , but sometimes they eat meat when they feel the necessity. In France "Meat Free Mondays"are also common and during the week they eat more healthily.

In my opinion, it is a good idea because "flexitarianism" is less strict than the vegetarian diet, and you can protect the animals and the environment.

They propose don´t eat fish or meat on Monday, they are not vegetarian because they eat fish or meat when it´s necessary.
I respect the idea of Flexitarians but I disagree because I think that we have to eat all of things and have a balanced diet.

  9. Like every year, we make our New Year's resolutions. These resolutions are probably about health and diet. About this and about the planet and the animals, A group of French activist plan not to eat meat or fish on Mondays.
Flexitarians, also known as veggie-vores, eat mostly vegetarian meals but they eat meat when they have the necessity.
Most people adopt this way of life and the butchers feel threatened by vegans, probably this is a big problem because they only do their works.
I don't agree or disagree completely because I think it is a good idea because people eat more healthily and without excesses, flexitarianism is not very strict and for that more people do it, Moreover you protect the world. On the other hand I believe that they can be bad because many people lose their works.

  10. Every year, almost of the people propose themselves new year resolutions, but in most of the cases, these plans dont pass the first month.
In France, there is a new resolution for Mondays. It is not to eat meat or fish this day, and the main reason why it has been propose is beacuse of it affects on climate changes, and this is a present problema in our day to day.
This resolution can be good for us or not. For example, people dedicate a day to eating vegetables and fruit principally, and this is a way to purify the organism, so, it is a point in favor. However, there are people that have a balanced diet or a special diet for medical problems, and in this cases the resolution is not necessary.
I think that a part of helping in climate change, is a way to eat well , more varied, and help to enviroment and animals. Also, it is not a hard action, so everybody can do it.

    1. I think that vegan diet one day a week does not solve the problems of climate change.
We should eat healthily and well every day.
Animals and fish give us food, but we must do it well, not abuse of our natural resources.
In addition, climate change is also produced by the massive use of plastic and gases that are polluting our atmosphere.
The solution is to be an exemplary person, being responsible.

  14. Every year, we make new year resolutions, most of them like go to the gym, learn a new language or stop smoking.

In France, they have as a new year resolution to set up "vegan Mondays". It means that on Mondays people have to try not to eat meat or fish and eat like a vegan. The main reason why they want to set up this way of eating is because they want to help the environment and reduce the effects of the climate change.

Many people in France are also flexitarian, this means that they have a vegetarian diet , but they sometimes eat a steak when they feel the urge.

As a result of these people with diets without meat and fish, butchers are asking for police protection because vegans are damaging their shops with fake blood and graffiti with phrases and sentences like "milk is a murder".

I agree with "vegan mondays" because I think is a way of eating less meat and fish and reduce the effects on the climate change. In my opinion it wouldn't change so much our diet because we only have to avoid these products once a week

In france, a group of people has proposed don´t eat meat or fish in monday because it cause an impact in our planet like climate changes.
From my point of view it´s a good idea because if you don´t eat meat or fish one day, you won´t day and I think that is a good propose because it´s easy to do it and it´s good for the earth.

And they create a new diet that it is flexitarianism, which is a diet that consists of no eating meating so often.
The Flexitarianism is like begin vegetarian, but flexible, so they don´t eat either meat or fish, but sometimes they eat meat when they feel the necessity.
I reckon that flexitarianism is better than begin vegetarian because they have a less strict diet.

  20. Nowadays, more and more people are becoming vegan or vegetarian, but, has vegan food disadvantages too?

On the one hand, being vegan is very good for animals because we help to improve the planet and we respect animals. In addition, when we eliminate the meat from our diet, we feel better about ourselves because we know that these animals are still alive and happy.

On the other hand, sometimes vegan people can become very radical and in some cases, even aggressive.French butchers have written to the government asking for protection against militant vegans.”Shops have been stoned or defaced with anti-meat graffiti and stickers”,the French Federation of Butchers says.Over the last few months, 15 shops were splashed with fake blood.

all in all, eating meat is good but we should think in the animals and respect them and other people too. in my opinion, we can try to adopt a more flexitarian diet, like some french people do, but never use the violence to obligate other people to eat what you want.

  22. The climate change i think in this moment is very mportant to the world because the sea and oceans every time they are more full of plastics and waste that we throw. This plastics they eat them the fish and we finished to eat too because the fish that we eat before they had eaten tis plastics. It is not only for the fish but also for our purposes and for proegering our ecosystem, because it's not only the sea and the oceans too is the forest, the mountain the natural park, the animals and ours. This climate change is for we can life in this planet in the future because at the rate we're going, we will not be able to have a place to live. I think the climate change is very important.
