Every morning I get up at 5.30 a.m. and leave home accompanied by my beloved Maths teacher to the sea or, lately, up to the mountain to keep in good shape before I start my work (online classes, teleworking, correcting...). Later I walk to the supermarket, to the market... to do some shopping. And in the evening I take the rubbish out, obviously, walking once again. I walk everywhere.
Stay healthy, my dear students!! It is essential for you and me to face the daily tasks.

It is true that you have to be cautious and not go out much, but that is not an excuse to stop taking care of yourself, you have to keep fit whether at home, exercising or going out to do sports, but keeping your distance since safety is what First, it is not good to rush, since a relapse would be the worst thing that could happen, because we would have to be at home all summer without being able to go to the beach or the pool and for the economy that would be a very strong and serious blow very difficult to overcome.
