Our first term is coming to an end. Fortunately we have had all our classes face to face (in-person clases), at least those groups I teach. Despite all these tough times with the pandemic, we are all making a tremendous effort complying with all the security mesures at school and so far no cases have been reported to have anything to do with what happens inside our school premises.
However, we cannot be happy at all as we live locked down most of the time. At the moment we have to stay in our own local town and we are not allowed to meet any relatives or friends living outside our hometown. Times of solitude, loneliness. But, as the song below says "let's be lonely together!"

The term is finishing but we have the last exams yet, they are the most important and I think that we need to be more concentrate that in all the term. All of us have been putting a lot of effort to have good marks and we aren't going to waste all the time that we have spend on.
ResponderEliminarThere are much of people that strive a lot and they don't have the marks that they want or they conspire to have, also there are persons that don't strive too much and they have better marks, but live is like that too, they rewards you for your results not for your effort, and that is one thing that we need to change because is any fair for other people.
But how can we not do it, we need to try have the most marks as posible since apparently your mentality is qualified with a number, not with the things that you show.

I would have liked to have stayed at home giving home on the computer, but the Andalusian Board decided that the classes were going to be face-to-face but the courses from 3 that up to 2 of high school, but in the quarantine of last year with video conferences no We learned a lot. Since November we have restrictions in the towns, we can´t go to other towns. This is sad for me because every Saturday I went to my grandparent´s house but it has been more than three weeks since I can´t visit them, they are sad and little depressed about this situation. I think this is an effort that we have to make so that we have to make so that they don´t get sick, but it is difficult for everyone.

In this first term we have survived all time with face to face classes and we aren`t how the confinement of March or August. In these months we have got as infected as months of March or August with the strict confinement, but now there isn't confinement. The hospitals aren't as bad as confinement, and we have almost finished the term. The Christmas is very near of us if not prohibited it.

The coronavirus is very bad for all, it wants to defeat us. ¡WE CAN'T HAVE GOT ANY CONTAGIES IN THE SCHOOL! We must be careful with the pandemic, because we stay healthy is better than you have got a virus. ResponderEliminarWe have finally been able to finish the first quarter without problems and without risks. Although for me it has been the most difficult course since things that have happened in 2020 have not been so good. I am happy because the time that we have been in the institute we have been able to understand what they sent in the quarantine and at least you find out a little more. I hope they don't confine us because I don't want to teach the classes online since I find out very few things and it costs me more learning.

At the beginning of this year when we had online classes it was very tiring to do almost anything, many times there were problems to deliver the work and homework, when we were in online class many times people had problems with their internet connection.
Now that we have face-to-face classes, I give thanks because it is much better and you find out better about everything.
This virus is very frightening but humans are more inteligent . Actualy the virus is abundant , the hospitals are full but people do not respet the rules and the gobernmet are taking measures . ResponderEliminarToday, 22nd December, our first term ends. Our Christmas holidays have just started and it's time to enjoy with family and friends but we have to be responsible and conscious about the situation we are living because of Covid-19.
ResponderEliminarTalking about the first term, our school has had most of his classes in person, that is to say face to face, except the groups of 3 Eso. They have had a blended learning.
Fortunately there have been no cases of covid-19 in my school and it has not been closed. In other places they have not been so lucky and they have had to give the classes through a screen, which decreases the attention of the students and their performance.
This first term has been different but face to face and we should have taken advantage of it to the maximum, because we don’t know what will happen in the second term. We must wear the mask face during the whole day except when we are going to eat. Another measure that our school has adopted has been to set different timetables for the breaks and assign different zones for each class.
Christmas holidays this year will be different and sadder than previous years. You cannot celebrate parties with many people and in many cases the families will be separated or even incomplete due to the number of deaths that have taken place this year. The streets are empty but illuminated, children can see the lights in the afternoon but they cannot see the Three Wise Men parade and play with their toys with friends.
To sum up, I have to say that Christmas holidays is time to rest about the school and to enjoy time with family and friends. The most common plan at this time of the year is watching a film, eating popcorn or chocolates and having a fireplace next to you. But in crucial school courses such as 1st and 2nd of bach I advise to advance work, because during the second and third term you will be glad and you won’t have time to do projects.

For example: my high school has changed the class and recess schedules to try not to cause crowds of people. In addition, most of the classes have been face-to-face except for the class of the third year that have had online classes. However, each high school has imposed different rules and unfortunately other students have not had so much luck because they have had mixed classes in very important courses like 2 of bach.
On the other hand, our Christmas holidays have already started and now it is time to relax and spend time with our friends and family. Although, the students of more difficult courses will have to study and advance work so as not to be so overwhelmed the following terms. Besides, christmas holidays this year will be sadder because we will not be able to celebrate parties with many family and friends.
Last but not least, the coronavirus crisis has caused many families not to be able to eat typical Christmas foods like seafood and many children don’t receive gifts, so it is very important that this year more than any other we donate food and toys for those people who have been more economically affected by the pandemic.
Taking all into account, not only do I believe that we have to enjoy this Christmas with our family and friends, but I also think we have to be very careful in these parties to control coronavirus infections.
The first quarter is over, now we are on Christmas holidays. Now we have time to enjoy with family and friends but we have to be responsible and aware of the situation we are experiencing due to Covid-19. This year's Christmas holidays will be different and sadder than those of previous years. You cannot celebrate parties with many people and you cannot mix with people from different homes.
ResponderEliminarIn our institute there has not been any case of covid and it has not been closed, I am fortunate, since I have had face-to-face classes, since teaching online in the quarantine did not go very well and teaching online for a high school class is It is complicated and understanding through online classes is difficult, in our institute only 3 ESO has had blended classes.
New measures have been implemented in my secondary school to try to reduce the number of infections among students and teachers and to avoid infections, one of them is recess by zones, each grade has an assigned zone, the bad thing about this measure is that it does not I can relate to other friends from other courses; Another of the measures that our school has adopted has been to establish different times for breaks and assign different areas for each class.
Before I thought that teaching online was better than face-to-face classes, since I had a little more time, I didn't study as much, but now in 1st Bach I think the opposite.
I think that in high school we have to try harder since grades are important for two years from now.

ResponderEliminarTalking about the secondary school, we can go to have face-to-face classes so far. In my opinion, face-to-face classes are better than online classes, because you are more concentrated on what they are teaching and you can see all your parents at least, and you can talk with them about different topics during the break.
But I'm not happy with the restrictions that we have, because I can't meet my friends, or, for example, we can't go late to a restaurant, and I think that it makes lots of families lose their jobs, and they lose their incomes, and for these things they can't have a peaceful life and they are suffering a lot.
In my opinion, we must follow all the security measures that we have, and we need to wait until this bad time passed, and we can live our normal lives again.

Staying lonely is necessary to beat this pandemic because the people haven't been able to stay with their families as long as they would have liked.

There are many things like going out with people from another town that cannot be done but there are many alternatives with for example there are several applications with which you can watch movies or series, play games or talk, although I know that it is not the same as meeting in person but it goes a long way to relavionarte.

Man is a social animal and he cannot live alone. In every field of life, he needs the help of someone or the other. However, there are a few people who do not live to socialize with others and they stay away from their fellow beings.
ResponderEliminarSome people don’t like the company of their friends and prefer being alone and they are filled with negative feelings. I think that human being always has the need of having someone to share one’s joys and even mistakes with and laugh at them. I think that having no one to share feelings and experiences with is a real shame because you can have great times when you can tell self-anecdotes to someone.
Other times, loneliness can be related with bullying, which is very common at school. Shy and lonely children are often affected by other aggressive people. Children or teenagers who suffer bullying don’t want go to school or relate to people because they think everybody will do such thing again and make them feel bad. It’s a pity that this is still happening nowadays in other schools around the world.
To sum up, I think that everybody should have lots of friends that are going to help you on difficult situations and they’re going to be by your side to laugh and to advice you when you need it.
