BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

A speck in your horizon, but...

Selectivity may be a speck in your horizon, but there are many coyotes chasing you and many ambushes may be set on the way to trap you, so be ready!!! Albert will not be there any more to alert you.

You never win any match hands down (Check the meaning of this expression below). You always have to make an effort and don't let a little road dust put you off (Look up this phrasal verb, which is taken from the song 'Coyote', which you are listening to).

A real roadrunner in action:

Here's my musical hint to be as attentive as the road runner: Coyote by Mark Knopfler from the album:

The Ragpicker's Dream

. Here's a version with the lyrics for you to sing along!!

  1. Selectivity will be a real challenge for us because we can pass or not by only a decimal. We would need someone that can help us to get there but not someone that do all for us.In my opinion a good teacher is who helps you to keep going where you want but who must do the most part of effort is the student, doing that the student will be ready to do all he/she propose alone, but if there is someone that help you sometimes it would be better. The real challenge will come when we pass selectivity because we must choose something to do with our lives, go to the university, do a job training or start working. The selectivity will be hard but with time and study the time you it can be possible to pass it. The part of english will be in a background if we do the sufficent effort.

  2. This year's World Cup is special because it was suspended due to the pandemic. Right now it is being held in Qatar and it is a somewhat controversial World Cup because it is very hot, the stadiums are empty, the fans are not happy and the FIFA is receiving many complaints.

Spain won its first game against Costa Rica and it was one of the best goals in the history of the World Cups, 7-0. The favorite team to win the World Cup is Brazil but I trust Spain and I think they will go far. They are going to try to win the second world cup for Spain.
I hope they are lucky and make it!

  3. The Qatar World Cup 2022 is the most polemic football world cup, because in there the woman have less rights than in Europe or Unites States or more occidental countries, and in Qatar they have a lot of prohibitions as drink alcohol drinks neither beer nor wine, but there is a bar that sell beer as a result the beer is very expensive.

Spain arrived a round of octavos then the lost against Japan.

  4. The selectivity is very important since our future depends on these exams, the most important thing to get the selectivity well is to make an effort so that we can enter the career we want, since by decimals they decide if you are in or out of the race.

For this year they have changed it so that the questions are not so developed, it was supposed to be for this year but the Ministry of Education has delayed it.

  5. Right now there are many problems in the world and the people and people in charge are not interested in fixing it. If I could change the world, I would help women fight for their rights in different countries such as Qatar, Iran and USA.

I would also change the rights of the workers who work a lot of hours and get so little money and specially, the rights of the workers who have built the stadiums for the World Cup in Qatar.

And finally If I could change the world, I would respect the envioromemt when we have to build new houses, in general, or football stadiums in Qatar, because many endegered species may los their habitat and it may also affect the climate change with desforestation, for example.

  6. We need to know that these two years that are coming are going to be so difficult. We need to do our best in all the subjects, let's not waste the time. The lack of study is a thing that we need to delete in our lives. Of course, we will have time for ourselves, distributing our time we will always have time for both things, because both are essential.

Doing our best is going to be the most important thing, as Albert says "You are going to be a number". If I want, for example, to study maths, I must pass my exams with the best mark I can get. If I need a hundredth to get it, I won't be able to choose that degree.

  7. Roadrunners are a unique type of bird that can be found in the southwestern United States and Mexico. They are easily recognisable due to their distinctive appearance, which includes a long tail, slender legs and a crest on the head. These birds are known for their speed and agility, which they use to hunt snakes and insects.
The roadrunner is best known for its appearance in a series called Looney Tunes, where it is follwed by a coyote, but the coyote never gets hurt, instead it always gets hurt.
