BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Our teen-rodents caught red-handed!!!

Yes, would you believe it? Some of the teen-rodents that came out of their burrows have been caught red-handed and they will have a one-day suspension out of school.

We warned you all. We are coming to the toughest part of the school year and most of you seemed not be conscious of that fact. I do hope it is not too late for you to regret it in a few years' time.

Some activities for you to do:

Here's my musical hint for today: Mirror mirror by Marina Kaye. Here's a version with the lyrics for you to sing along!!

Inglés con serie: Poldark Lesson 6

Rita Hayworth - A biography   (Hollywood Princess)

 with the lyrics in Spanish

Tennis:
Carlos Alcaraz vs Daniil Medvedev for the title  🏆-   Indian Wells 2023

However, not all of our students are caught red-handed, some are also at work:

Project on Rabbit-Proof Fence by Fran Toledo López (4º ESO A)

  1. Actually, and we know it but we aren't aware of it, the teachers warn us of how difficult it can be for us to pass with the little we do and give: especially when Albert says it. We're the ones who must give the push (not that teachers do it for us) and we must get on the stick to be able to get ahead.

Few students do this, the rest they go in one ear and out the other, they think they will be fine, but life is not a tale of roses, but it's a road with potholes and bends that we have to avoid. I think that one day the teachers will get tired of repeating it over and over again, while we forget them by many times, until we realize that it's too late and we can´t go back and try again.

We only have a chance, so you move on to the next level or you repeat. It is up to you to decide whether to do well in your studies and pass or fail and repeat the year.

  4. Now you have to do your best to finish well because it's the last year and everything in the future depends on what you do now. Alberto always says that it's not just about doing everything to pass, you have to try little by little to improve and learn because if we do everything to pass, you only get a grade
