It is time to go back to our beloved routines, but first we must think about changing certain bad habits to get better results and to have a better quality of life. One of these bad things to change is our sedentary lifestyle.

EliminarIn the mornings I go to class walking.
When I leave I walk home for lunch.
Then I do my homework and study an hour.
From here the exciting begins.
I'm going to walk with my grandmother every day for our health.
I take my pet for a walk and buy what my mother needs.
When you get back home, I have a shower and I help make dinner.
Then I go to bed and read, and then sleep until the next day.

ResponderEliminarI think that the society has evolved a lot, now there are laptops, mobile phones, cars, planes, etc. Five hundred years ago, these things, which are common in our lives nowadays, were impossible for the people that lived at the time. But with this evolution, the people have everything easier than before, so they spend the day in their houses or lying in the sofa, and they are less healthy. People eat a lot of junk food, too, and if they don´t move to burn it, they are going to be fatter and fatter and if they become very fat, they will have a lot of illnesses and heart problems. So although, you have all of these facilities, you must eat healthy food and do exercise to be fit and healthy
