Im confuse, why a bottle of wine? we have lost of things that we don't know of the space that we can investigate, and they decide to send a bottle into space, I don't found the reason.
ResponderEliminarI think that the wine would taste the same, it has only been 12 months in the space, the bottle was close so, what it would change?, its true that the time in the space its passes more slowly than on Earth but I think that that would't change the taste of the wine. So I found it a little bit silly these experiment, I thing that it could be an excuse to put the wine more expensive, today te people don't know what to do for get more money.
If I were 18 years all I wouldn't not even try it, I think that is a stupid excuse for pay 100$ for a cup of wine, nowadays it is very easy to fool society with these things, we need to have more mischief.

From my point of view, I think that there is a great investment in bringing wine into space and afterwards it will not have much demand since it will have high prices that not everyone can afford.
ResponderEliminarThis difference is more noticeable by wealthy families who tend to eat in more luxury restaurants with better wine, but families with less money, the money that can be used for one of these bottles is used for other things where the whole family obtains some good, since some children are not going to drink wine and said parents would settle for a cheaper bottle.
I think that this is organized to earn more money with labels that may be false and if there are other ways to obtain the same wine but in a longer period of time, it would not be necessary to undertake the money to send it in space and it could be allocated to one of the many problems we face today.

What madness!! I would never have imagined that a bottle of wine could be sent to space, and much less to be sold later. I think this is just a marketing strategy to make money. People are very stupid, and they spend money on useless things just because they go viral. I don't think the idea of "space wine" will be very successful in the future because it would only be a trend.
ResponderEliminarI will never try to taste this wine, much less if it has such a high price. It may be true that it tastes better, but I don't think it is necessary to spend so much money on something like that. In addition, we don´t know the effects it can have, because it hasn´t been produced under normal conditions. It is possible that it can even affect our health.
I think that money and time shouldn´t be spent in these investigations, especially when it is clear that they are only looking for their own benefit: getting the wine ready in less time and so increasing the sale of the product. Instead of that, they should investigate diseases, or donate that money to NGOs… But don't spend it irresponsibly sending 12 bottles of wine to space!
In addition, it would be a business that wouldn´t succeed. Very few people could afford to pay that price for a single bottle of wine since €5,000 is an excessive price for a product whose quality and effects are not known yet. It´s better not to risk buying this type of alcohol, and if you want a glass of wine, go and buy normal wine. We will never know which of the two is better, but we know that normal wine is too good to be changed!

ResponderEliminarMy opinion about the first question is nobody never know it, Nasa always says they go to the moon a year, but when the year arrives, they says: 2023, but that year they says: 2030, so there is something there. For the second question, the answer is easy, we can go Mars when the technology arrives us to Mars, are we waiting to travel or are they waiting us?. And for the last question the answer is Unites States must delete China of the race, there isn't safety in his rockets, China wants do space station, it will fall, too, or it's a "military station".

ResponderEliminarSpace wine? What madness. Every day we can find all kinds of absurd and unnecessary things like this. I think this is silly and that it is made for people to spend a lot of money on this. We are in an era in which people are able to pay thousands of euros for a simple ball of some sport because it has been used in an important match. I think the only purpose of this is to trick people into spending money on things that they think are important but not really.

They are searching life in other side of the space but now it is impossible explore all the space because there are a lot of galaxies and we have not got materials necessary for travel. However, either is easy travel to the space because this person has to be prepared during a lot of time. Also, it is very expensive to send a rocket to the space.

I can´t believe that something like that is happening. Some experts are planing to send a bottle of wine into space!! I know that many invents and new technologies have been developed in the last year, but, this experiment is very different from the others.
ResponderEliminarWhen I read the article, the first impression I had is that it was a stupid idea. Sending a bottle of wine into space is very weird and I don't think it's a good idea. To start, it requires a lot of money and the results will probably not be very good. Apart from that, people wouldn't spend so much money on a bottle of wine just because it has been sent into space. At least I wouldn't buy it.
On the other hand, I think that the money they have spent in something like that could have been used for science as well as disease research or for any other major cause. In any case, the experiment is not sure at all and we don't know what effects drinking this wine could have on health. In think they should do more testing to make sure the wine is in good condition.
All in all, the experiment could work, but in my opinion it is a waste of time. Moreover, we don't need wine from the space when we have such a good wine in Spain.
Can humans grow vines in space? Apparently it sound crazy, but there is a company which is working in this idea. Last January, a capsule full of vines, mice and 12 bottles of French wine landed on the Gulf of Mexico, after floating one year in space.
ResponderEliminarThe CEO of the company is called Nicolas Gaume and he says that this experiment will change our way of agriculture. Planting food in the space will solve the space problem in Earth, space is limited and there will be no llimit in growing food. Also, because of climate change there are delicate plants that will not be able to survive, so if we send them to the space, maybe they will grow healthy.
Apart from the climate change problem, Nicolas Gaume also says that this experiment was for scientific pleasure. They just wanted to see what will happen to wine if it is sent to the outer space to mature wine. The bottles were opened in February for testing, but only 2 of the 12 that the company sent.
In conclusion, I think that this experiment is really interesting and innovative. The technology can be used in the future for other foods that we will not grow in Earth because of climate change.

Nowadays scientists are discovering a lot about the space, and they are creating and launching a lot of types of rockets and some types of capsules with the intention of discover more about the space and all its characteristics, and they are also thinking about living in the space and in other planets in a near future, but for the moment we need to wait until scientists learn more about the space.

There are also some other news about the space that are really interesting, like that some beer's businesses created some types of beer to drink in the space and, that in the future the astronauts will drink it in the space, or that NASA sent food to the space, they sent pizza and ice-cream, to their astonauts. All these pieces of news really sound absurd and useless to us, and in part they are.
In my opinion, we are seeing a lot of changes related with the topyc of the space, and that can produce a very big change in all our lives, for example, one day scientists will create a capsule that it will be like a house and we will be able to live there, and we will be living in the middle of the space.

To prove this you have to send it to the space, so I think this isn´t such a crazy idea. I think it would be really interesting to try that wine, maybe it tastes differently and the conditions in the space give it some kind of property or different flavor.
On the other hand, we have that sending anything to the space costs a lot, so maybe just curiosity isn´t a good reason to spend such a large amount of money. Another fact is that wine lasts years in age, so you´ll have to wait a lot of time until you can try that wine. And finally, the last point against is that space is an unknown place, so maybe instead of aging wine in the space, people should send spaceships to investigate that place, so we can learn more about the world where we live.
In my opinion, this is a waste of time and money, there are lots of good wines here, so you don´t have to send it to the space to make it taste good, but I think that it is good that the human wonder things, this is how the most incredible discoveries were made, so maybe we´re about to see something amazing, who knows?

On the other hand more scientific, I think that this has been a test to carry out experiments with those unknown things in space, and to study some specific behaviors of space and the techniques that we have today in order to get a little closer to their behavior.
In conclusion, despite being able to be for scientific reasons and to be able to study space and its behavior, I think that it is due more to the first cause, and that it is a whim of those wealthy people who don't know what to do with so much money.

I must admit it's a bit weird. I believe that there are so much experiments to do before sent a bottle of wine to the space. Wine is one of the most famous drinks around the world, and many people like it because of its sweet taste. Although it has alcohol, it is healthier than others alcoholic drinks. Obviously, there are cheap wines and expensive wines, in this case i think it must be a really good quality one.
