BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

The towns are being abandoned and that can cause a lot of depopulation in many parts of Spain and that is already happening.
Teenagers tend to go to study in the cities and stay to live in the cities and towns that are becoming less and less young and the population ages.
We have to give more importance to the vilage and not all of us go to the cities if not only will there be people in the cities and the rest will remain abandoned and deserted by people.

  2. It's true that some towns are getting more and more depopulated, but I think that the cause of all this mess is also because of the town, If the people travel to other city to live there is because that city is better than the other one, so if that town is very little, don't take care of the people that live in there and don`t organize anything to make their population more happy it is normal that more and more persons go out of there to a better place, I will doit too.

I think that Salobreña isn't a good town, if you realize, here isn't too much people living, lot of persons that came here is because his town is much bad, but Salobreña don't take to much care of his habitant, there isn't too much place to have teenagers a good time, thats why most of the persons older than 18 years used to go to Granada, there isn't too much festivals or things to have fun or have a good time, even I go on Christmas to Granada or Motril, or even Almuñecar, because they organize much more things than here.

I think that if Salobreña continue without taken care of his habitant it will end depopulated too, so it is time to build some hotels or some parks or even some restaurants of fast food to entertain teenagers a while. I think that Salobreña would be mush more populated if they built something for teenagers like a Burger King or something similar.

  3. In the last few years the population has decreased notably in the villages, because the villages always have jobs in the countryside and the people who are trained in the labour market leave the villages in order to be able to work in the job they like in the city.

In spain there have already been several villages that are quite beautiful and their population has left and others that are in the process, I think that the villages should be maintained as they are several generations and should not be lost just like that.

But it is also true that people prefer the city because there are many shops, many restaurants and they tend to be jobs where you earn a lot and they are not as hard as being a worker in the countryside and also the countryside has the minimum wage, it is normal that people prefer the city.

In my village in Molvizar the truth is that there is not much to do, it is normal that young people prefer the city because in this village the only thing you can do is the local fiestas and a couple of restaurants, the only good thing for me is the tranquility that is there.

  4. More and more people decide to live in a city instead of a town, which is causing that in many parts of Spain there are towns where a number of people that live there is smaller than it should.

In my opinion, I understand that this happens today, because at least I aspire to have a life with opportunities that my town cannot offer to me.

It makes me sad that older people are watching the years go by and they seeing how fewer and fewer people live in the places that they have grown up, but we are not all the same nor do we all like the same lifestyle.

My village they are people living with a professional careers but they are usually working outside the village since it lives from agriculture. For example my families was working in the country because their families had many country and they did not have the apportunity of study and had a better job than worked in the country.

Finally the conclusion of the article is that the village have few people because many people go to study and work outside of them.

  6. Did you know that about a 43% of Spain is in risk of depopulation? If you don´t know what this means, depopulation is the massive loss of habitants of a place. There are lots of towns in Spain only inhabited by a few persons. there are even towns with only 10 habitants! This depopulation is due to the raise of cities and modern life. Everyone wants to have lots of shops in his town, a good Internet conexion, good restaurants, etc.

It is true that people have to work, and there is no job in empty towns. It´s normal that they want to run away from there and try to find a better life in the city. The problem comes when the city gets bigger and bigger, getting extremely crowded and polluting a lot. Another reason of the depopulation is that teenagers don´t want to work in agriculture, and linking this with the lack of transport ways in towns, lets them the only solution of moving.

You can think this problem has an advantage, in a few years, everyone will be connected and could use Internet perfectly. In theory, this is true, but there are other ways to solve this without letting lots and lots of km completely empty. The government of each community should advertise their towns, so they don´t disapear. Internet companies should take good connection to these towns, so they can be connected, being the lack of shops a smaller problem.

In conclusion, I think that we must fight to preserve our towns, there are lots of different towns that will dissapear in a few years, and with them, lots of traditions and life styles that our grandparents used to have. So, if we don´t want this to happen, we have to do something to stop it. There´s still time!

  8. In recent years, towns are becoming increasingly depopulated. This depopulation is due to the rise of cities and modern life. People prefer to live in cities as they prefer to have better conditions such as there are more shops, more restaurants, hotels, parks ...

In the towns there is hardly any work since the activities that are practiced in the towns are commerce, agriculture.Another reason why people leave the towns is the lack of universities, the adolescents who finish high school go to The city to study since in the town there are no universities. Another reason is the lack of work in the towns, for this reason people go to the cities in search of work and better living conditions.
A percentage of depopulation is when the city gets bigger and bigger, gets crowded and pollutes a lot.

There are more and more abandoned or ghost towns in Spain in which no one or very few people live, and many different towns will disappear and the traditions they practice and the lifestyle that was practiced in the past as well.

I think that there is more and more depopulation due to the fault of the town itself, since it does not take care of its inhabitants If they do not organize activities, they do not build buildings such as restaurants, shops ..., the young people would prefer to go to the city to have better conditions I live in a small town near the coast, Molvizar, there are hardly any activities and there are fewer and fewer people, since each year that passes the students go to cities like Granada, Malaga to study and prefer to stay there because they have either found a job or because of better living conditions

  9. Decreases the quality of life. The people who see how the towns are emptied, are exposed to a loss in the basic services that are offered (health, education, food ...), since the municipalities themselves are tight with the budget. In addition, as the population runs out, the options to find work disappear, forcing the youngest to leave in search of a job that they will not find in the “field”.

  10. Unfortunately, more and more rural populations are being abandoned, and that is terrible news. We can also observe that there are more and more people in cities, and this is causing overcrowding in cities.

This topic is a bit controversial, as it can be viewed from two perspectives. You may think that there is nothing to discuss in this situation, as it is a huge global problem and most people have the same opinion. But this is not entirely true.

On the one hand, living in cities has several advantages, for example the number of jobs, the diversity of people, the number of activities, the contact between several people from different places, ... But it also has several disadvantages, such as pollution, unfamiliarity, stress, monotony ...

On the other hand, the same thing happens to rural populations, since it has several advantages such as tranquility, clean air, contact with nature and people ... And it also has several disadvantages, such as the lack of jobs, lack of activities, little diversity of people, lack of privacy ...

  11. I´ve heard the term "empty Spain" on television for a long time, but I´ve never really known what meant.
Now that I´ve done some research I know a little more about this. The towns are losing more and more inhabitans, most of these towns are in Castilla y Leon, Castilla la Mancha and Aragon. Its inhabitans have long gone to work in the cities and their children don´t want to return to the village because there aren´t job opportunities.
As a result of COVID-19, some towns are recovering inhabitans due to the fact that there is more teleworking, it is possible to be more outdoors and some towns even offer work for families to go to their town to live.

It's a big problem because the cities are too crowded such as Madrid or Barcelona. Spain must solve this problem as soon as possible. Also, the pollution is aggravating in the cities.

The young people don't usually like living in a town. The goverment should put a good wifi connection and do more buildings in the towns to increase that young people want to live there.

Some of the advantages of living in a town are the peace, the town is quieter than cities or you can get around town esaily.

In my town there are fewer and fewer people for the same reason, and I'm wanting to be older so I can go too. The time when most people come is in summer, since it is a quiet place to spend their vacations, and families go to visit their grandparents.

  19. What is about rural depopulation? In the last decades, we have heard about the emptied Spain. In other words, it is the part of Spain that is being abandoned. But why does it happen?

On the one hand, more and more people decided to abandon tiny villages to move to cities since there are more job opportunities. If you have a better job and a higher salary, it is easier to support your family.

On the other hand, cities have a kind of services that in villages are impossible to find them. In a city, we can find better health services like hospitals, and also education
    services as schools and universities.

To sum up, life in rural villages is quiet and silent, but if you want to study and work in a specific job (not in agriculture or cattle industry) you have to move to the city, despite they are more and more crowded.

  21. Nowadays more and more people people are moving from the villages to the cities. Because of this, many villages, especially those in the centre of Spain are losing inhabitants. Most of them have only a few inhabitants being almost all of them elderly people because young people have moved to the big cities.

It is true that in the city it's easier to find a job. Young people can get a job and meet other young people. They can also find more shops than in a town. They can find also cinemas and restaurants so they can't get bored!

But living in the city has also some problems. The huge amount of noise and light can make you sleep bad ata night. In the city life is very stressful because you have to go very fast from one place to another. There is also much pollution and a big amount of pollution is bad for the health.

In my opinion the best thing is living in a village not far from a big city. It is true that you will have to move to the city to buy things, but at least you won't be living in a noisy and polluted place.

  24. In the villages, there are usually older people than younger people. This is because the elderly ones prefer to stay in their village since it´s the only thing they have ever known and some of them would even be lost if they lived in a city. Young people prefer visiting new places, and they move to other cities, especially to continue their university studies, and in some cases even bachiller.

It´s a big problem that towns begin to depopulate because the cities are more and more crowded and there will be a time when it will be very difficult to find a house there. In many cases, it´s necessary, for example, to go to university, as I mentioned before. To be able to do it, you have to move there if your town is very far because if you don't, you have to travel all the time and that is a waste of money and of time.

Living in a town has many advantages. Personally, I really like that everyone knows you, and when elderly ladies ask you: "Who are your parents?". In addition, there is less pollution, because you can walk everywhere and you don´t have to take your car. My town, Lanjarón, is really beautiful because it´s a very touristic town. I love living here.

However, I may move one day, since there are many things that you can´t do in a town, such as going shopping or going to the mall. In addition, in the city, it´s easier to find work. I think I will live outside Lanjarón for a period of time, at least while I finish my studies, but I will never stop coming here. Little by little, the towns are modernizing, although, inevitably it will never be like the city. The village atmosphere is much more beautiful than that of the city.

It's a big problem that towns being to depopulate because the cities are more and more crowded and here it's difficult to find a house or apartament where you can live, here there are more pollution than in the towns, in other words, it's better for our health the life in the towns. Living in a towns has many advantages. Personally, I like that there are less pollution, that you can go for all the places of the town walking. My town, Salobreña, I really like, because is really beautiful, you can go to the beach, to the mountains, for example, you are in the mountains and you want to go to the beach, you can be there in five minutes. I love living here.

However, I may move one day, since there are many things that you can't do in a town, as going shopping, going to the university, find a good job. I think that I will live outside of Salobreña, but I always return to my town, because I love this town.

On the one hand, in some towns there are institutes but such a big part of good ones are established on big cities and that is why the students emigrate and also because there are not university.

There is not as much work as in the cities since it is larger than a town there are more businesses, restaurants, etc ... and in the case of the elderly, they are the ones that inhabit the town the most, but when they are already very old and their children cannot take care of them, they have to go to residences.

In a town there is less noise, less pollution and it is much quieter than in a city but it lacks many things, whether it be work, hospitals, restaurants, and various other things.

And from my point of view when I finished high school I will go to live in a city to continue studying and to become what I want in life.

  30. STOP RURAL DEPOPULATION
Every year, a lot of villages are depopulated and only the elderly population remains. This has come to be called by experts 'empty Spain'. This is mainly due to the fact that young people are leaving in search of work and educational opportunities in the cities. This fact means when the elderly die the town is left without inhabitants. To prevent this, I believe that the villages should bet on building more infrastructures, for example schools, high schools, health centers, as well as an adequate network of means of public transport. It is also important that there are places of leisure where adolescents can go and have fun.

  32. Nowadays in the countryside there are fewer people than in the cities. I think that rural depopulation is related to the pass of time, technology, etc. And when you need to search for a job there are not the same opportunities in a village than in a city.

Rural depopulation causes the appearance of all types of vegetation in many areas, because farmers abandon their activities, and this carries a high risk of fire because the vegetation dry up.

There are more and more people in the city and this causes overpopulation. That has bad and good things. I think an advantage is that you can meet people from different places, and another good thing is that the overpopulation gives a lot of money. And a disadvantage is that the demand of many people causes that the rents are more expensive.

All in all, I think we have to be more conscious with the things that happen around us because they could affect us more than we thought in the future.
