I wish people didn't mooch around so much these days

 

 

 

I wish my students weren't such slow learners (listen to the song below). Well, I'd rather say such inconsistent learners. When learning, especially languages, it is like a sport, you have to be consistent in your efforts. I'm afraid you can never go on holiday, although you can do different things from the ones you do during the school year: reading a book, listening to songs, watching films or videos in their original version... or even have a look at my blog and write a comment.

The problem is that it is not only holidays, but also moments such as now when people love mooching around, going shopping during the sales season. There are also distractors that take you away from your duties!
