you addicted to anything? Remember that all addictions are harmful for
your mental health because you cannot stop doing them whenever you want.
There
are many things we may like, even love doing, but we must always bear
in mind that they are always under control. And this control belongs to
you and if you decide to stop, you can stop without affecting your
anxiety, your mental health.
