BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Are you addicted to...?

Are you addicted to anything? Remember that all addictions are harmful for your mental health because you cannot stop doing them whenever you want.

There are many things we may like, even love doing, but we must always bear in mind that they are always under control. And this control belongs to you and if you decide to stop, you can stop without affecting your anxiety, your mental health.
