You may feel overwhelmed and stressed due to the amount of homework you have to do and the number of hours you spend studying for the exams, but I wonder if you have worked regularly all along the school year. In most cases, I have my doubts!

I may admit that certain situations are unavoidable, but preventive actions can always be taken. A good glass of fresh orange juice provides you with enough vitamin C to prevent colds, some exercise and avoiding the use of electronic devices makes you sleep better... and working all the year long results in better marks and less anxiety at the end of the school year!

ResponderEliminarNowadays, many teenagers feel stressed because of studies and exams. Students have a lot of homework everyday, and they also worry about getting good marks. Sometimes, too much pressure is put on young people by schools and families. Because of this, many teenagers feel tired and nervous.
In my opinion, students should have more free time to relax and enjoy their hobbies. Sports and music can help students reduce stress. Also, more support should be given to teenagers when they feel anxious or sad. Many young people are affected by stress, but their problems are not always understood by adults.
On the other hand, studying is important because education helps people have a better future. Students learn many useful things at school, and good habits are developed there too. However, balance is needed between studies and personal life.
In conclusion, stress in teenagers is a serious problem that should be taken more seriously. Young people need support, motivation and time to rest. If students are listened to more, they will probably feel happier and more confident.

Last week, in class we talked about the environment and climate change. My teacher Alberto said, “We all have to help the planet in small ways.” I agreed with him because many people throw rubbish on the streets and waste too much water.
ResponderEliminarMy friend Carla said, “I always recycle paper and plastic at home.” Later, she told me that recycling was very important for the future. My friend Aday also said, “People use too many cars every day.” He explained that pollution was making the air dirtier.
I think everyone can do simple things to help the environment. For example, we can turn off the lights, use less plastic and walk more instead of using the car. My parents asked me that if we all work together, the Earth will be cleaner and healthier.
In conclusion, the environment is a very important problem today.

We have a bad adiction to our phones and this is bad for our brain. This adiction is afecting our brain, because social media steal all your atention and this can cause to death. I am here to convince you to start reading. Reading is one of the glorys the humans invented, it distract you from social media and you can learn more and more from books than from our phones. I have a friend that took me to this way, he showed me many books he had in his house, and I started reading them, they were soo interesnting, at the point I bought one. When I started reading this book, at first it was soo boring, but when I started reading from hours and hours, I got convinced that reading was soo good for learning new things.
