BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

How well do you sleep?

How well do you sleep? Do you sleep the same amount of hours during the summer time as during the school year? Sleep is essential for our health. Have a look at the selectivity exam proposed below.

It is a well-known fact that students need to sleep well so as to have better results and that those teenagers who have got a poor quality of sleep don't do so well, academically speaking.
