No more countdowns!!! Brexit is just a fact, a part of our history books. There are certain things that have changed back to what it was like some years ago, but there are some other things that still remain and that it will difficult to make them move back in the past.

Last night I finished watching a movie with my family and suddenly they sent it to publicity and put the news, of course, at that time I was surprised that they were broadcast. They began to talk about situations that are happening in Washington, the news was that the "Trumpists" did not agree that Joe Biden won the presidential election. A whole band of American people were upset and managed to enter the capitol, without respecting anything about the current situation of Covid-19. The police tried to get the gangs out of all the areas where they got into. Then they put Donald Trump because he sent a message saying that all the votes have been a robbery when he does not want to admit that he lost, also, Joe Biden sent a message and commented that citizens have to remain calm because we are in a dangerous situation. When I saw the news I told my parents what is the need for extremely foolish people to do such atrocities, for people like Trump who do not respect the situations for which innocent people are dying? When the news ended and I went to sleep, I kept thinking that because those people have to mess it up, and that I think they are upset that Biden won the election. And my opinion, without offending anyone, is that that person, in this case the person is Trump, realizes what is happening again because of him and has to be aware of the situation.

I have read the article in The Guardian about travelling for the British after Brexit and in my opinion things haven't changed much. First of all, the Brits can have 90 days holidays every 180 (if you can afford to go on holiday all that time, you are very lucky)!!! Secondly, their UK driving licence is still good. Also, they can take their pets on holiday the same as before. I can only see two disadvantages: They can't take home as much alcohol as they used to. Finally. They will have to pay for roamimg.

After the horrific events in the USA, Twitter has decided to permanently suspend Donald Trump's account due to the risk of further incitement of violence. This goes against Twitter Rules. I totally agree with this decision.

What happened in the United States today is an extremely incredible thing, and it all started in the last elections after the defeat of Donald Trump and the victory of Joe Biden. All the events that are currently occurring in that country are surreal because neither Trump nor his ally accept that they have lost the elections.

Without any security measures due to the covid-19 issue, Trump's allies stormed the capitol, skipping the security measures and without any restrictions, this is going to be a big problem for the country because it is going to suffer a great spike in infections for The country that is added to all the thousands of infections in that country, everything will be chaos. Joe Biden sent all Americans a message of tranquility, but from my point of view this message will not be of any use for that the country will continue to have thousands of infections in addition to the other thousands they have.
From my point of view I think that Trump 'continues without realizing that he has lost the elections and the situation that he is going through in his own country is because of him and those who support him.

ResponderEliminarFirstly, let’s talk about the United Kingdom. They said goodbye to Europe in 2020. Some years ago, they had achieved the famous Brexit. Word made up of Britain and exit. But now, the UK and the European Union have signed an agreement about the free market.
Secondly, last Thursday, I woke up earlier because I had to go to the medical center at 8.30. When I returned home at 9.15, my sister, who had escorted me, and I put the news on TV. Washington’s Capitol was being stormed. Hundreds of people went there after some tweets from the future former president, Donald Trump. He was encouraging them that the elections for him had been a fraud. The people understood these tweets, and they took up the Capitol. Four people have died, and today, the media have confirmed another one, a Capitol police officer.
All the situation in the United States disappoints me. I hope that with the new president, violence problems would decrease. I think that it is an incredible country, due to this they are the first global power.

ResponderEliminarThe whole situation lived during the elections in the States was just an omen of what could happen in any other country in the future. That elections were just a reminder about how mess up are these times being with the pandemic and facility to manipulate the masses making people believe in such a nonsense such as rigged elections or conspiracy theories.
ResponderEliminarIf that situation has something to teach us: is that we don’t have to blindly believe what politicians told us (regarding then jacket they wear), and we better start looking over different sources of information instead of just get the information for only one of the many sources we have access to.. Even schools can play an important role in here by teaching people how to detect populism, which could help to avoid situations like the mentioned before.

Since January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom definitely doesn´t belong to the European Union. I have heard for years that the UK was going to leave the European Union but I believed it would never come true.
ResponderEliminarThe truth is that United Kingdom has never fully followed the laws of the European Union, for example they continued with their currency and didn´t accept the euro.
From my point of view, I think it doesn´t benefit them to be outside the European Union because it
isn´t the same to face the problems that may have as a nation alone than to face them with the support of all the nations of the European Union.
I am hopeful that at some point the will be part of Europe again.

Post- Brexit life is going to finish the free movement between United Kingdom and Europe. We need passport to travel England now, before this we can travel with DNI without passport. I don't understand United Kingdom wants go out the European Union, some people want travel without passport, only with DNI, for the truckers is more easy and the best to arrive England. Many people was thinking go out United Kingdom and now is going to be more difficult.

ResponderEliminarIt has been a year since Britain left Europe. The country officially left the European Union on February 1st, 2020, but the relationship with the continent continued until the January 1st of this year, ending at that moment every connection with Europe.
ResponderEliminarIt has been a really important event, everything related to Britain has changed. Probably, the most affected thing is trade. The country has changed the way their customs works, so now, it is harder and tougher to buy things from other countries. This is because the country wants to adopt an independent trade policy, so the only way to get it is staying away from the european economy. During the first three months of 2021, the economy of the country contracted about a 1,5%, also influenced by the pandemic.
But, that´s not all. It has affected other countries too. The inmigrants from other countries who want to work in the UK need now more visas, making it harder for tourists to visit the country. Obviously, it also affects British people who want to live/work out of the country, making it harder for them to do that.
Brexit affects Britain and other countries a lot, but the summary of it could be that it will make it harder to travel to or from the country, making harder the trade and isolating Britain a little. In my opinion, Britain should have stayed in the European Union, because even knowing that being out could give them many pros, the cons it has are really important, and I think it´s not worth it for them.

In my opinion, technology is one of the things most important nowadays. Youngers don´t know how is live without technology, we use technology for everything. For example, I don’t know how is live, I don’t remember a life without cars, mobile phones, robots… It is something essential in our life. Thanks to the technology all it’s easier such as search information, communicate with people, make operations…
ResponderEliminarHowever, not everything is good, it has got other effects like the people is less sociable, or we are contaminating the planet with industries and somethings like that. This is provocating climate change, and if we don’t stop it we disappear in a few of years.
