BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Under pressure

Some  are claiming that they are under such a high pressure, but that's life and we must learn how to handle these difficult situations because this is just the beginning of their careers. Later in this post you will see one of the best people to cope with high pressure. I mean Rafa Nadal.

Anyway, now it is time to keep on doing our best and then calm down so as to get the best outcome by the end of the school year.

And this is what some people do under stressful situations:

McEnroe states that Nadal is the “humblest, classiest champion of almost every athlete I’ve ever seen in any sport.” “I’ve watched a lot of tennis and I’ve seen a lot of unbelievable champions, I’ve seen Nadal give these kinds of efforts in the past and I didn’t think he could top it. To do what he just did here, at this point in his career, and shift the narrative again from Djokovic and shift it to him, it’s hard to believe.”

  3. Pressure for a sportsman is horrible, as a hurt or a injury, because they maybe won't can play them sport forever. Nadal won Australian Open, but Djokovic wasn't in the competition because he didn't want to vaccine him. There is a battle between Nadal and Djokovic, if Djokovic will vaccine him, he could play in other competitions and he could win his 21st Grand Slam and in the future he could win another Gram Slam. nadal is injured, I hope Nadal come back stronger than other times and he win to Djokovic all the matches.

  4. The final of the Australian Open 2022 has been the tennis match that I have enjoyed the most. Rafa Nadal is consecrated as the tennis player with the most Grand Slam tournaments in history.
I started watching the match in the third set, I was really enjoying it but I thought he was going to lose. What Nadal did coming back from that set was incredible, I couldn´t stop watching the match until it was over. In the end after an epic confrontation he ended up winning the match.
For me Nadal is an example of resilience, never giving up and an example for my generation. I hope he continues playing tennis for more years to see it.

  5. Nowdays I am in 2ºBach and we have a lot of pressure with the exams, because we need good marks for enter in the university that we want.

Now we are in the most important time of the school year, we are finishing the agenda of almost all the asiganturas and we know that we play a lot and the pressure is very high. We are doing the last exams and the most important, because in the Third term we the only that we do are exams and more exams. We are passing bad with this situation, and sometimes we see that the situations overwhelms us, but we must resist and be more focused and calm than ever to achieve our objectives.

I like to see sometimes when I can tennis match of Rafa Nadal, He os an example of resistance and calm in the worst moment. He is one person that can controlate very well the pressure and I think that he is impresionant. I intent to control my pressure, but sometimes it's difficult to do. I think that Nadal is one example of control, resistance, fight of our objetives, and we must look at he.

I think that now it is when we have to give the most of ourselves in order to achieve our goals. Nadal is an example of resistance, calm and struggle in the cyal we must look to be able to better carry this pressure

  6. Working under pressure is much more common than it seems, I think that almost everyone works better when they have pressure, even if they do it involuntarily or without realizing it.

I sincerely think that no one would study without having an exam, or parents who pressure them with a grade, or simply selectivity. No one would work if there wasn't a boss, an inspector or a pressure that means that if you don't work correctly the consequences will be worse.

Nadal is a good example to deal with this topic, but I think that if we look closer we are surrounded by people who work under pressure. It is clear that there will be people who do not have any type of pressure and work well, but I think there should always be a motivation, a reward that makes us get the best of ourselves at the time we are working.

After so much effort and work, the moment you get your reward your joy is greater, and I think that without pressure and without effort we would not really know what it means to be proud of oneself.

  8. This year I am doing my second high school and it is a year with a lot of pressure and a lot of effort. Everyone works more under pressure because if we didn't have pressure some people wouldn't work as much.

This year, as I have said, is a year with a lot of pressure and we must know how to control that pressure. This pressure is due to the fact that we must get very good results to study what we want. We must work every day and not leave things to the last minute.

I think that a good example is Nadal, as he is a person who works hard and is under a lot of pressure. You always have to give your best to get what you want, but sometimes things don't go the way you want but you have to keep fighting. The last thing you should do is give up.

In summary, I believe that we must work hard and we will achieve what we want. This year is making it very difficult for me, many times I have thought of giving up, but not everything is going to be easy in life and I must continue fighting for my dreams.

  11. We all agree that to succeed in life we will have to endure periods of great pressure so that after what is left, everything becomes calmer.

There are people who are better at being under pressure, so it can be for example our great tennis representative, Rafa Nadal, who is very good at being under pressure, he hasn't shown it on several occasions such as in tournaments and other matches.

This makes me wonder if there are people who have been able to withstand these pressure situations, because we cannot be stars like our great references and achieve everything we want.

In conclusion, anyone can get what they want only if they are will to put up with that pressure or the obstacles that stand in their way like Rafa Nadal did.

  13. There are some situations that we need to act or to do something with some pressure, and that's not all bad. All people can think that doing something under pressure is always bad, but it is not true, because when we do something under pressure, it can help us to concentrate in what we are doing and we even can do that better than we would do it without that pressure. So we need a certain level of pessure to do some things better.

We can see clearly what I have said in some examples like sports, work or studies. When we are studying, we need some pressure, in this case it can be an exam or bad marks to pass an exam, in this situation, you can concentrate more than if you don't have that pressure. The same phenomenon happens in sports, when a team is losing an important match or when they are playing the final, they are playing with some pressure, they don't want to lose so they need to play better to win the match.

In the field of sport, we can see it normally, for example, we have recently seen the case in tennis of the match of Rafa Nadal against Medvedev. In this match, Rafa Nadal started losing the match in the first two sets, but finally he won the next 3 sets and won the final of Open Australia. In this case we can see how Rafa Nadal won the final thanks to the pressure of thought of defeating Medvedev and finally he could come back and win the match.

Finally, as a conclusion, we can say that pressure is something that we need to do all the things better, because if we don't have any pressure we won't be as concentrated as we are under pressure. We see that playing under pressure made Nadal won his 21st important tournament, so we need to be proud of that such a good tennis player comes from our country, Spain.

  14. I think working under pressure is very common nowadays.

Few people would do things without being under pressure, for example, most students study only if there is an exam, because if there isn't, they don't study.

We must give the best of us and make an effort to obtain our goals, and this make us feel pressured.
Nadal is an example of this, because he is one of the best people to cope to pressure.

This year, for example, we have pressure to try to get good results in the exams and do well in our careers.

  16. In many situations in life, we live experiences with a lot of pressure. Sometimes pressure can be good for doing things but also it can be bad for us.

For example, athletes and players are always under pressure because they want to get the best results and they work very hard. Rafael Nadal is a good example of effort and perseverance. He has always done the best although the circumstances are not good.

In my case, I have a lot of things to do during the week that I don’t have time. I go to school in the morning and in the afternoon I have to train in Granada because I play in a football team. So I have to study and do my homework in a few hours in the afternoon and in the night.

In conclusion, pressure can help us sometimes because we have to do our things with the time that we have. But we should control this pressure when we are stressed.

  18. Working under pressure is essential for us, since it makes us put our capacities to the maximum to achieve what we want.  But if you work under a lot of pressure, it means that you can make mistakes.

As students, we work under a lot of pressure at the time of the exams, and that makes many people feel overwhelmed and does not bring them good results.  Without having pressure, the truth is that we would not study and the results would not matter to us.  But since we have to pass by obligation to have a good job in the future and so that our parents do not punish us, we have to have perseverance to get what we want.  With a little tension, but not excessively.

Rafa Nadal is a good example that by working hard you can get everything you want in life.  He is a very humble and hard-working person, and we are all proud of what he achieves.  He is an honor for our country.

I try to do school things little by little so that I don't get overwhelmed later.  I usually get good grades and that is thanks to my effort.

  19. Rafa Nadal is a Spanish tennis player and he is one of the the best player in the history.A few weeks ago, he won the Australian Open which is his 21 Grand Slam in his sport career.
In the absence of the Novak Djokovic and the injured Roger Federer in Melbourne, Nadal has moved one ahead of his great rivals in the race to finish with more Grand Slam.

Nadal's achievement comes only a few months after he thought he would never be able to return to the tour because of a foot injury. He lost the two first set and he started playing bad in the third set but Nadal never gave up and he comes back and he won the third set. Then, he would continue with his best level and he won the fourth and fifth set and he won a spectacular match.
In conclusion, Nadal won a title when he came back from an injury and showed that he can beat all the players who were playing the tournament. He also taught us that we should never give up and give everything until we reach our achievements and that is something that Nadal has always shown us and taught us.

  20. Many times we find ourselves in situations where we have to work under pressure, this can sometimes help us but in others it can only make us nervous and not know how to act.

In my case, when it comes to studies, I work much better under pressure. This makes me focus on what I have to do and not get distracted by other things, because I know I have to do it no matter what.

Although, it´s also true that it´s better to take everything up to date and not leave it for the last moment, because sometimes the pressure can overcome us and not be good at all.

From my point of view, I think it is good that we are also used to working under pressure, so that if we find ourselves in a difficult situation in the future, we will know how to handle it well.

  21. That a very important player is injured or something very shocking happens to him, he may be under great pressure, either because after the injury he misses the most important event of his life or the news that has been communicated to him is so shocking that it strongly affects him. .
For example, in the match where Nadal won a super important prize, he played under incredible pressure, not only because he was injured, but because it was a match where the champion was decided.

  22. Nowadays, being under pressure is something very normal, what's more, sometimes we are under pressure for a long time and although it has a good part, in the long run it can be detrimental to us. You also have to remember that each person works and acts in very different ways when under pressure.

For me, the main causes that make me feel pressured or, in other words, stressed, are the institute and, above all, my grades. This really awaits me and for anyone who is studying. I am in 2nd Bach, I am under a lot of pressure, because I want my grades to come out well and to be able to enter the career that I like and as close as possible, but this pressure often does not cause good things.

Stress or being under pressure can affect us in two ways. On the one hand, it may be that being under pressure we work better, since for example we may have a limit to deliver a job or an exam and for that day we know that we have to have it done or studied, therefore we will work faster and better. But on the other hand, that stress or pressure may cause us to worry and make us lose concentration.

In conclusion, being under pressure has good and bad things, but I think that the bad ones are worse since they can cause you some health problems, both mental and physical, so we always have to be very careful with these situations. We also have to be aware that if we are able to work and perform well under pressure, we can do much better without being under pressure.

  24. People use to work better under pressure, because they feel that if the situation doesn’t force them, they don’t need to do so. Working like this can be good to not repeat the same situation again. But if you usually do it, you should stop, because this only causes stress and is not good for the health.

This year I am going to finish high school and it is a year full of a lot of pressure. Although I always try to keep things up to the day and study a little each day, sometimes everything accumulates and I end up studying the day before.

A good example is Rafa Nadal. He is a person who in every game always gives everything and plays under a lot of pressure. He has had bad pasts, but he always returns to the action. The point is to never give up, even if you feel like you can't.

To sum up, we must work hard and we will achieve what we want. This year is difficult for me and it seems that it has no end. But, in reality we are finishing and it is now when I have to work more. The pressure is there, but I can with it
