ResponderEliminarWhen exams arrive I feel a little bit overwhelmed and I always try to do my best and not get so anxious, although it is difficult, I hope one day I will stop feeling like that. I think that students shouldn’t be so overwhelmed with an exam, with time and with grades since it's only a number and life doesn’t end and you always have time to improve and do better next time.
There are more people that don't believe in themselves and I think they should trust in them because when you have good thoughts, good things arrive. There will be occasions when you don't achieve your goals that you have proposed but that doesn't mean that you have to stop believing in yourself, that has to serve for doing better next time.
All in all, from my point of view, work, perseverance and self-confidence are essential for anyone. If you believe in yourself anything is possible.

German football has produced great footballers throughout history but without a doubt for me the best has been Gerd Müller, better known as "Torpedo Müller".
ResponderEliminarHe was an incredible goalscorer, he held the record for the most goals in a year until Messi broke it. I think he was a grat player but he wasn´t that famous because he coincided with Cruyff and
Beckenbauer´s time. His game was different from the others because he didn´t give passes to his teanmates, he only finished off to score a goal, perhaps this was one of his great defects.
He should be a reference for all forwards.

I think that anxiety and fear is something that we will always have there, some will be more transparent than others but everyone has anxiety and fear at some moment.
ResponderEliminarIt is impossible to drink without anxiety and fear and in fact I think it would be very boring. Without anxiety and without fear we would not have a risk, a motivation to do things well if everything were joy. We would not make even half the effort to do those things that cost us all a little more.
It is true that you have a very bad time, but sometimes to have a good time you have to suffer a little, you have to fight, and then the reward will be bigger, more pleasant and you will feel that you really deserve it.
Fear and anxiety are bad feelings, with which you have a hard time, but what I have very clear is that there is no better feeling than the one you feel when you finally get something that has really cost you.

ResponderEliminarWithout a doubt, for me the best ones that appear in the video are Pasarella and Beckenbauer. They were very revolutionary for their time, in the case of Pasarella he was the first center-back to attack and Beckenbauer the first center-back to win the Ballon d´Or.
In my opinion, Puyol is the best center-back in history because he had a great header and ordered the team. Some things I admire about him are his bravery, humility, leadership and respect from him.
Currently, a center-back that I like for his game and who has great potential is Ronald Araujo, but he still has a long way to go to be one of the best in history.

In my opinion, I think that have anxiety or nervous is something that we felt always when we want to be able to get something.

From my point of view, one of the problems of our generation is the lack of confidence that many of us don´t have about ourselves and the things or decisions that we make.
ResponderEliminarIn my case, over time I´ve been improving this and I´ve learned to put bad thoughts aside. This is sometimes difficult and even impossible, but if we focus on ourselves and improve every day, over time it can be achieved.
For many people, studies and everything related to grades cause anxiety or discomfort. I think it is something normal that happens because we are under a lot of pressure, but what we must do is focus and give the best of ourselves, despite this I think it is also important to have some time off and dedicate it to things that really we like.

Anxiety and fear of certain things is very common today. There are many cases, especially in adolescents, since they have pressure, either because of their studies, because of any personal situation, etc.
ResponderEliminarI think that everyone has to take their own measures and relax when doing everything, because if you put pressure on yourself, you can create some nerves that are useless, only for anxiety.
When there is an exam, or something important happens, it is when your nerves attack you the most and that is when you carry fear with you. Anxiety, nerves, fears... are circumstances which have to disappear because they will never bring anything good.

We are currently in a society that often makes us feel that we are not enough and that we are not going to achieve what we set out to do. But do you really think that about yourself? I believe that most of the time we have unlimited dreams and society and the personal situation of each person is what is going to limit it little by little.
ResponderEliminarThe feeling of being insufficient or not being able to achieve our goals is very bad, you feel bad about yourself and you usually pay for it even with the people you love the most. All this makes you unable to move forward, you can even give up. But in this situation is when the work of many people comes in, which is to help you get through that pothole and achieve what you want.
The people who help us to improve ourselves, have a great job. A great example of all this is the high school. This year is a very important year for me, since I have to do my best to be able to study what I want and as closely as possible, but sometimes little by little everything gets darker and I feel unable to get there, but it is in that moment in which the teachers and the people who love me help me get out of there and come back stronger.
In conclusion, the work of those people who help us in those moments is very important. But hopefully the time will come when those people are not needed and we will be able to get out of there alone and achieve everything we set out to do, because we can.

This year we are already in 2º Bachillerato, and we need to pass through tough times because we need to pass all the exams periods, so during these times, we can't or shouldn't relax and rest anyday, we need to study everyday to pass all exams. Last weeks we already have lots of exams and we have more in the next weeks. Through these times, we can start to think that we can't do all we need. If we think that we won't be able to do all the exams that we have.
ResponderEliminarFor this reason, we may take a rest during these days at the end Febraury, but we can't be resting during the five days, we also need to continue studying all the subjects. We must have a positive mentality, and we need to feel well with ourselves for doing everything that we can, and start to think that everything will be okay and we will pass well all the exams we have. To do this we have the help of all our teachers, who are always are there trying to help us in whatever they can.
Our teachers are there to help us and that's true, so they are usually worried about us, especially in this last year at the secondary school, that we must do a selectivity exam at the end to enter the university. For this reason, they want us to do very well in this exam so that we can choose the degree that we want to work on in the future. This year is really hard, and some of our teachers tell us that we are very relaxed to what comes in a few months, and that is true, we are not under pressure.
To sum up, from my point of view, if we are already there able to continue with our studies is thanks to all our teachers, if they weren't be there, lots of us wouldn't continue with this for different reasons. We would give up because of anxiety or we also would see that a difficult situation beat us. So, although all we can say about our teachers they are always there trying to help us and worrying about us.

Students usually feel anxiety. They have to do lots of exams in a short period of time. Some of these exams are specially hard and they have to spend much time studying to pass them. In consequence, they feel stressed.
ResponderEliminarA bit of stress is good because it helps us to concentrate and stay focused on what we're doing. For example, in an exam it will help us to do our best and get better marks, but an excessive quantity of stress can affect us and cause health problems.
To avoid this situation, students need to believe in themselves and have confidence in themselves, which isn't always easy. Teachers can also help students to increase their confidence. If the student doesn't believe in himself, he will be less likely to pass the exams.
From my point of view, stress during exams is good because it helps us to stay focused, but when we don't believe in ourselves our stress levels can increase, which makes it more difficult to study.
