BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

2022 Summer scoreboard: ZERO so far!

What's the matter with our students? The month of July has passed and not a single comment or piece of homework has been reported to the teacher. A new Selectivity entry exam is about to be set and nobody seems to be worried about. JUST AMAZING!!!

I'll keep working, but it is so disappointing when you realize you are alone in the task of accomplishing a mission, which is actually not your mission, but mainly your students' mission.

Reggae nights

Once upon a time, when I was in my late teens and used to hang around every summer evening with my friends, this is the kind of music we used to dance to.

What good memories! Now when we meet, in our late fifties, we laugh about it and all the nicknames we had. I hope you are enjoying your summer holidays because these are moments you will never forget.

So here's my musical hint for today: Reggae Night by Jimmy Cliff. Here's a version with the lyrics for you to sing and dance along!!
