Football: Football’s Greatest Players - Paolo Maldini
Maldini is a football legend, I think he is one of the best centre back in history. He has one of the most succesful careers, he has achieved seven Italian leagues and five Champions League but has not managed to be world champion.
ResponderEliminarWhat I admire the most about his career is his longevity, as he spent twenty four years with Milan and fourteen with the Italian national team. I believe that currently there is no player like him because it is very rare for a player to spend so many years in the same team.
He currently works as sports director at Milan where he is doing a very good job.

The salt is essential for life, because it's needed for our body to be well hydrated, in adittion it participes in a multitude of cellular exchanges and contributes to the balance of the composition of the blood. Nonetheless, our body doesn't need to consume high amounts of salt, because it can have a bad effect on health if consumed in excess.
ResponderEliminarExcessive salt consumption can cause an increase in blood pressure, and high blood pressure can contribute to heart disease and stroke accidents (45% of all non-communicable diseases); in adittion to representing a possible carcinogen agent for gastric cancer, but that's not all, as an excess of salt is associated with kidney failure and osteoporosis.
Salt reduction in the diet is one of the recommended measures (less than 5 grams of salt per day) by the recent United Nations Summit to prevent non-communicable diseases and identified as one of the best strategies to improve the health of the population according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
