Fire drills are necessary in our daily life. Nobody knows when a fire can happen and you have to know how to react. At schools and high schools, simulations are practiced, because if you get to burn you have to know how and where to go, what to do and where to go. In countries like China or Japan teachers prepare the kids for tsunamis, fire drills, earthquake. In my high school last week we practise a fire drill. Wen the alarm sound we close the windows and off the electrodomestics, after we downn stairs slowy and went to the playground.

Fire drills are very important in case there is a fire. In a fire drill, first an alarm sounds three times and then you have to leave the classroom in order towards the playground.
ResponderEliminarOn the one hand this is fine to practise in case there is a really fire and you can miss class if you don't like it, in the playground you can talk to people from the other classes
On the other hand if you like that class or you are learning a difficult topic when you lose class, you may not learn it, moreover, if you are taking and exam you may not have time
To conclude, fire drills are done nowadays all over the world and schools must do them when classes start
