Sleep disorders


"I feel sleepy the whole day and I can't sleep well at night." This is something that we quite often hear these days. Why is that? Is it due to the spring time?  Am I getting old?

  2. Nowadays, there are people who can not sleep because of different reasons. For example, when someone do not organise their time, they can finish doing something too late, so when they go to sleep, they do not sleep enough hours. Besides, there are people who are constantly drinking caffeine drinks and when they go to sleep, there are very awake for the effect of the caffeine. There can be persons who suffer insomnia. It can be caused because of stay in front of screens before moments to go to sleep, psychological problems, many phobias, or for example students, who have many stress with their exams. There are night jobs which make change schedule of people, and this could be a reason too.

    For that, it is good for people to be organised in all aspects in their lives. There are time for all, so we must be prudents with our schedules and know how and when use technologies and screens because they are an important causative of can not sleep.

    In my opinion, people who can not sleep should go to doctor because there are many solutions for that problems and it is an important problem because sleep is something that we need like drink or eat for survive. I have not suffered insomnia, but if I suffered it, I would go to doctor, but I hope not have it, because I love sleep.

  3. Sleep is a very important thing for humans. It is like eating or drinking, it is essential for our lives. The problem comes when you don´t sleep as many hours as you need. It can happen for various reasons. The first reason is thet you were doing things until late, and you go to bed too late. In that case, you should organise your time, and go to sleep earlier. Another reason can be insomnia. Insomnia is caused by many reasons, like that before going to sleep you have used the computer or the mobile phone or because you have drunk some coffe or soda with caffeine. In extreme ways, insomnia is caused by some illnesses, like birth or psychological illnesses. To prevent insomnia, you should change the things that make you have insomnia, that is, if you use your laptop before going to sleep, stop using it; if you drink coffee before going to sleep, stop drinking it. Another tip is that you should organise better your sleeping hours, you shouldn´t go to sleep either too late or too early.
    In my case, sometimes I have insomnia, because after going to sleep, I usually use the computer, but it doesn´t really affect me, beacause I go to sleep early, and I fall asleep before 12 o´clock everyday.

  4. Sleeping is essential for us to live. We need to sleep about 8 hours a night to be healthy. But there are people who don't get enough sleep at night. This can be because they are too busy with homework or with their job, because they drink too much caffeine or use too much their mobile phones and computer before going to sleep or they can have insomnia.

    People who have insomnia find it very hard to sleep at night. They can be stressed or they can have bad habits that causes this problem.

    I think people who have insomnia should go to the doctor and change their habits at night to help to solve this problem. In my case I don't have insomnia because I don't go to bed late and I don't use my mobile phone when I go to bed.

  5. Sleeping is a need of our body that helps our body to function perfectly and render mentally, physically. Sleeping relax us helps us to get clear. Sleeping is also good because it helps us to prevent diseases such as anxiety ... Sleeping is a necessity drink water, eat ...
    For many people it is very important to sleep enough hours for the next day to fully perform and yet other people sleep a few hours like the elderly because they spend little energy not like young people.

    When I was little I slept very few hours but now I sleep many more hours because I wake up earlier, I have more work to do, more exams ...

    Some people do not rest well because they have used the phone before sleeping, computer ... then when using them before sleeping the brain does not rest well.My brother took my mother to the doctor because he was sleepwalking and told him that when using the mobile phone before He did not rest well and went off at midnight.

  6. Today more and more people suffer from sleep disorders and insomnia and that is very dangerous because sleep makes our body work properly and we have enough energy. So, can we avoid having sleep problems now or in the future?

    On the one hand, we can't DO it for many reasons. Each person is in a way and our genetics can intervene in this when you are old but we can medicate or do some things to sleep better. In addition, there are many people who are very nervous, and this affects their sleep. In some cases insomnia can be caused by some ilnesses like birth; in these cases you have to go to the doctor and he Will help you.

    On the other hand, we can avoid having sleep problems. Nowadays we spend a lot of time in front of a computer, and using electronic devices before going to sleep can cause problems. Moreover, another of the most important causes is the bad organization of time; people, especially students, don't know how to organize their time and they always leave everything for the end of the day so they go to bed very late. In addition, foods with caffeine and fat make you unable to enjoy sleep.

    To put it in a nutshell, sleep is essential so we must be responsible and remember to sleep 8 hours every night and try not to stay awake until very late using our mobile phone. In my opinion, everyone who suffers from insomnia should try my advice and not take medication directly.

  7. Sleeping is fundamental in our life. We should sleep 8 hours or more to have a healthy life. But there are people who do not sleep these hours, but sleep 5 or 6 hours because they have work or just are all night watching the screen of your phone.

    I believe that the new technologies are a bad influence at the time of sleeping because after all we sleep with the cell phone and we get up with the cell phone. This is bad because it affects our brain.

    When I was little I slept more hours than I sleep now because now or I have homework or I'm just with my phone.

    In my opinion I believe that people who have trouble sleeping should go to the doctor since there are many remedies nowadays

  9. Sleeping is important for a person since the body and mind have to rest at least 8 hours a day and adolescents about 9 hours per night. That's why it's important to go to sleep before, because in the morning you have to wake up well to go to class or work.

    There are people who have many things to do and end up late and can not get enough rest, and some leave everything at the last moment and then they do not have time to do it or they go partying, or they throw themselves all night on social networks and talking with your friends.

    In my opinion I think we should organize time well and have an agenda with the activities we have to do so that we have time to do them and not spend so much time in social networks. I believe that the leaders at a certain time would have to remove the mobiles from the children.

    We need sleep because when we are sleeping our our brain is restring for we will do things better.

    For that the doctors said we have to sleep around eight house. My case is especial because i sleep half hour more . But when la weekend teenagers sleep the people what don't Work in this days sleep three or four hours more.

    But i have a problem with my Allergy especially in Spring because my Allergy is more stronger for that i con't sleep very Well.

    For me sleep one of the betters things de have and i lo ve ir.

  14. When you want to have a good health, you should eat a equilibrated diet and practise a lot of sport. Buy you also have to sleep 8 hours because we need to rest, and we can work better the next day. After all the work we do in a day, we want to disconect and spend time watching tv or with our mobiles phones. I think the mobiles phones are good for communication but bad for rest because we spent a lot of time when we should be in the bed or with it instead of sleeping. Technology is bad for our routines if you spend too much time with it.

  15. It is very important for your health to sleep from 7 to 9 hours.
    If you do not rest well, you can be tired all day.
    With spring comes the time change and the days get longer.
    There is more light in our days and this produces some disturbances in our mood.
    By changing our pace of life, our physical and emotional state also changes, and some sleep disorders such as insomnia appear.
    The increase in temperature in spring also makes it difficult to sleep. We have more heat and it is more difficult to sleep and rest.
    I eat very little to avoid heavy digestion at night and take a shower to relax before going to bed, so I can rest and sleep as recommended avoiding insomnia.

    I think that sleep is very important in our life and we should try to get enough sleep at night if we want to be healthy and have a good life performance.

    Moreover, other causes of sleep disorders are: insomnia, snoring, sleep apnea, stress and anxiety. In these situations, it is recommended that we visit a doctor and get a proper treatment.

    To end up, I think that sleep is very important in our life and we should try to get enough sleep at night if we want to be healthy and have a good life performance. Adults should try to be less stressed and teenagers should use electronic devices less.

    Another problem that many people have is insomnia. Insomnia is caused by many reasons, such as, using the computer or mobile phone before sleeping or because the person has drunk some energy drink or drink witch lots of caffeine. Also in summer many people have insomnia because of the heat.
    People who have insomnia find it very difficult to sleep at night and studio in my opinion, I would not use the computer or the mobile phone before going to sleep, if I am bored because I would go out with friends and I wouldn't drink caffeinated bevarages or energy drinks.

  19. Sleeping is very important for people and if we do not sleep enough it can cause problems in our body.

    Not sleeping can come from many things, for example teenagers who are in high school often stay up late studying and doing work, and that takes away many hours of sleep. My advice for this is that we have to organize well the time and the tasks that we have so that we can also sleep the necessary hours. Stress is also another cause of not sleeping and my advice is also to organize the time and the things we have to do. From time to time, we have to take some rest and relax and then we can return to the routine with more energy. Another cause of not sleeping is the insomnia that is caused by using the computer or mobile long before going to sleep and can also be caused by drinking drinks with lots of caffeine. Here my advice is to be careful with what we do before sleeping, because that can harm our body.

    There are many more causes of not sleeping here we have seen some of the most common and I have given some advice to correct those facts that many people do wrong.

  20. Sleeping is one of the most important functions.
    Sleep carries out many activities such as mental and physical balance and depending on how old we are, certain hours of sleep are needed.
    Many of us go to bed late studying for the exam the nex t day or doing homework and I think we should organize ourselves better during the day and do the homework first and then when we finish being on the phone or with friends.
    Because its consequences are that after the next day we do not concentrate, we do not pay attention, our mood changes and we get to have anxiety or depression.
    My advice would be that we think that it is the most important thing and from there we have to organize ourselves and tht we establish and a sleep schedule and thus we will do better.

  21. David Ferrer, a fantastic player on and off the track. At 39, he has won 27 titles and has come to be in third place in the raking of ATP.

    His last game I remember it perfectly, was in 2019 at the Magic Box in Madrid against Zverev, was a very emotional game because that day was the dream of David to continue or terminate his career as a professional tennis player, the game was for the German but we all knew that David had won the hearts of the public.

    We must also talk that was part of the successful generation of Spanish players winning three times in the Davis Cup (in 2008, 2009 and 2011 and finalist in 2012), along with Rafael Nadal, Juan Carlos Ferrero, Tommy Robredo, Fernando Verdasco, Nicolás Almagro and Feliciano Lopez.

  24. Today there are many more cases of insomnia in adolescents by mobile, stress...

    Teenagers today don't know the consequences of not getting enough sleep, so they always feel tired in class and throughout the day after staying up late playing video games or watching Tik Tok videos.

    The main consequences, as I have already said, are tiredness, fatigue and it causes us a lower physical and academic performance.

    This can also cause us diseases like ahlzeimer, diabetes and many other types of heart disease.

    Some tips for better sleep are to go to bed at the same time every day, avoid naps after 3 pm, not eat too much before bed, and sleep in a comfortable, dark room.
