We come to the third and final term at school and it is high time to be honest because in the final exams you'll have to do your best both at school and at the Official Language School if you are going to sit the B1 or B2 exams. Therefore, your comments, compositions, writing exercises... must be genuine because later we'll have do them under exam conditions.
Pay attention to the highlighted expressions and look them up if you can't remember its meaning.

ResponderEliminarWhat can I say about the third term? It is a well-known fact that it is the final and the most difficult term. I do not know why, but it might be due to the fatigue of the school year. Or just it is springtime, and we are more excited.
ResponderEliminarThis third term is extremely challenging for me since I have my English and French exams to pass the B1 certification. How nervous I am !! Nevertheless, I promise I will do my best. As well, during this final term, I have to do much practice since I get highly nervous when I am under exam conditions.
All in all, I will study and do my homework to get good marks, because in the final term they are more important. My English teacher is always telling us that the party is over, so all of us should do our best to reach the summit.

ResponderEliminarWe are arriving to the third term, the most difficult for most of us. Some of the reasons can be better weather and longer days that makes you want to go out, some subjects that accumulate units become very difficult and students are more tired after six months of school. This term can make students more stressed because if we don't pass a subject we will need to study it during the summer.
ResponderEliminarOther students have also do an extra effort so that they can pass their B1 or B2 exams. In that case, these students should practise a lot and do a lot of listening exercises and compositions so that they can do their best in the exam without getting nervous.
In my case I want to do my best this term and get good marks. In bachillerato getting good marks is especially important because we need good marks to enter into the university and study what we want. I would also like to get my B1 in French so I'd like to do more exercises so I can pass the exam.
We are already in the third quarter, it is the most difficult because the good weather is approaching, the days are longer, and we have more desire to go out and not be studying, but this term is the one in which we should study the most. since it is the one that you pass or fail in some subjects, other subjects are average and if you have fared worse this term nothing happens because if the others have gone well you can pass.

This term I am going to start studying much more than the previous one because it was worse, since I had some problems but in this term I hope to get good grades and to achieve that I will try hard and be able to upload grades that I know I can. get more.

ResponderEliminarIn today's world it is of paramount importance to be honest, not just at school but at any other field. Moreover, not acting fairly can cause the lost of respect from others, for instance teachers, friends or family, to us. When the damage is done it is very difficult to forgive or forget a lie, thus we ought to avoid dishonesty and always tell the truth.
EliminarAs third term is almost starting we have to be more honest now than ever, we are almost at the end of the road and we don't want to throw all the work we have done away. Therefore we must work hard and do our best in order to finish the year with the grades we deserve for all our effort.
Being dishonest is in the long run worse than being genuine and not reaching your objetives. Firstly because you could get caught and you would have to face the consequences. Besides, if you take the easy way the problems will be accumulating so you won't be able to solve them all. Also, the selectivity exam ,which is an exam where it is impossible to cheat, will be the turning point for us who are in second of bachillerato.
To put it in a nutshell, it is the time to be honest. It is a very fulfilling feeling to know you have worked hard on something and you've made it. We have to make sure that when we finish the school year we can look back and be proud of ourselves.
We are at the gates of the third quarter, the hardest and fastest of the year. And at least for me the hardest I've had so far since in second year of high school we finish in May and then we have to study for Selectividad, so to get the best possible results we have to give our best on this final stretch. For this, in addition to studying, it is necessary to be honest and make an effort.

There are many different situations and sometimes it is more comfortable to lie but it isn´t right because everyone deserves to know the truth even if it hurts.
The Easter have made many people disconnect too much since they have taken the opportunity to go out since the weather has been good, it felt like summer as it was very hot, there were many people on the beaches and the restaurants were full. Everyone would have found it difficult to return to the routine for some students it would have been more complicated but for those who have taken advantage of the holidays to advance work it would have been easier for them.
In conclusion, the Easter has helped to rest from the routine without leave it completely, to clear our mind and rest to enter the new trimester stronger. I think this trimester is going to be the hardest for me but I think it´s an opportunity to learn to organize and work under pressure. The holidays have helped me to disconnect and to mentalize myself about what was coming, so I start with desire and willing to work for the best possible results.
We must to be honest, now, and we should to be honest forever. The honest will be a important way of change to a better world. Maybe the people in the feture they will learn to be more honest the rest and with them, because with that we will a better world, where the people they will be sociable people between them.

We arrive at the third term and now is when we must make a last effort to pass all the subjects with good marks, because we are already in bachillerato, and the average mark will be very important in the future when we will do the university entrance exam, and if we get enough mark, we will choose the degree that we want.

The Alhambra is an antique Muslim palace. The Alhambra is situated in Granada in the south of Spain. It is considered one the most beautiful palaces around the world and people of all the planet travel to Andalucia to observe this marvel.
ResponderEliminarThe Alhambra was constructed by Muslims in the XI century. Its position is perfect strategically in the mountain of Subika where you can see the enemies attack. The guardians of the towers, which are distributed in different territories, were always looking after the palace. The maximum splendor of the Alhmabra was during the gobern of Muhammd V.
The Alhambra is mathematically perfect, its symmetry and its colors are hypnotic. The palace has all of group geometric which were discovered many years after. The Alhambra had been occupied by Muslims, Christians and French people who robbed some of its parts and pieces of value.
To sum up, I think that for the previous reasons and for some others, the Alhambra must be considered the first marvel of the world. Because it has an amazing history, but it is also beautiful. I recommend everyone to visit it every year and discover new things of it.

This third quarter has been a very productive and difficult quarter. We have tried to plan and organize it in the best possible way so that we do not have all the exams in the last weeks. Now we are honestly not burdened. We only have 3 exams left and I think they will be fine.
ResponderEliminarThe quarter, in short, is the most important and I think I have done everything to make it go well. The grades are very important because they count a lot for the future and if we want to go to university we must get the best results. In short, I am very happy with my results except in one subject, but I think that we must not lose hope and that in the end everything will be fine.
The third term has been difficult and costly but in my opinion the second termwas that's why i didn't get overwhelmed.
