BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

  1. The diet in my opinion is a good form to not be fat and we will have a healthy life in combination with the sport. But the veganism I don't like because eliminate meat from the diet and this is unnecessary change in the diet, the meat has a lot of proteins and the gives a lot of energy a very good taste. For me the diet is the best option and the veganism is the worst option.

  3. Racism is something that I´ve never understood and that I will never understand either. Why is the colour of a person's skin important? It´s completely ridiculous. The only thing we should take into account in people is if they are kind or not and how they treat others, that is the important thing. Martin Luther King was a great reference in the fight against racism, as were Rosa Parks or Nelson Mandela.

Martin Luther King's speech left everyone shocked since he asked for something that seemed so simple, so it looked strange that he asked for it. His speech, in which he described the abuses and injustices that black people suffered every day, was very emotional and will always be remembered because he simply asked for freedom, justice and equality.

But talking about his dream wasn´t something that he had planned… While he was reading the script, the singer Mahalia Jackson asked him to tell them about the "dream". It was then that MLK left the speech that he had planned to start speaking from his heart. This act seems very brave to me, since speaking in front of approximately 250,000 people doesn´t have to be easy at all, since you can get nervous or become speechless... Imagine doing it without a script!

Right now, I'm sure we all believe that we can't do it, but if you think about it, King was just talking about his dream, just as if he were doing it with his friends. In fact, as the text says, people felt like he was speaking to them directly. Martin Luther King was familiar while he was sharing his dream with people, and this has made him become so well-known and appreciated as he is now. I totally agree with the text, it was without a doubt one of the most inspiring speeches of the 20th century.

  4. The veganism don't exist because is impossible the human don't eat protein. Vegans should protein pills so at the end the vegan is going to take meat. The diets alternatives are and it will be a dream. "Veggies" aren't nothing without the meat and for example vegan cream of rice, if it's cream of rice as isn't vegan ! The companies win a lot of money with that thing.

  5. Vegans avoid consuming animal meat, derived from animal products, and foods that contain ingredients of animal origin. This includes the following: Red meat and poultry from animals such as cow, pork, horse, chicken, and turkey. A balanced vegan diet can increase your energy level, make your skin look younger, improve your digestion, and reduce the risk of developing colorectal cancer. These are just some of the health benefits of a vegan diet.

  7. Some people can think a human life is a really short time, but in my opinion it is what makes them so important, they are short. So, to be able to continue waking up every day, following the same routine, people must have dreams, something they want to reach. Everybody has a dream, from having a family to becoming someone important and known in the whole planet, they are all just as good. And, linking this with the other topic of the post, even black people have dreams.

In the past, the Europeans used to sell black people as slaves, so the image the common people had of them wasn´t really good, if you saw a black person, you knew he was a slave without rights. This image of slavery and inferiority has been transferred to our days, creating what we know as racism. But, this is an ancient thought, why don´t we end it? It is obvious that they are as capable as white people.

Of course, black people aren´t staying still, and they are movilizing a lot of people for centuries. One of the latest movements was "Black Lives Matter". This movement is due to the police abuse the black people suffer in USA. Many innocent people have died because of this abuse. The latest one was George Floyd, suffocated by a policeman. With this one, the whole world took the streets asking for equality.

In my opinion, racism is absurd. Everyone has his pros and cons, and your skin color doesn´t decide anything. But it is true that there are some countries where your skin color affects what others think of you, for example, as I mentioned before, USA, when just for being black skinned, you have to be more careful, because a policeman won´t hesitate shooting you if they catch you doing something minimally suspicious, not like if you were white skinned. I think this is unacceptable, and we should teach the younger generations how the world really works.

  8. Everyone has dreams that they want to reach. To be able to reach your dreams you have to work hard and never give up because things are only achieved with effort.

Every person has different dreams because there are many people who don't have enough money for food and their dream is to have food to survive. Meanwhile other people dream with having a car, a motorbike, etc.

Nowadays, there are still people who insult others because of their skin colour, their nationality, physical condition, etc. I hope that in a few years these people disappear because they don't provide anything good.

In conclusion, I think we should let everyone do what they want and whenever they want without talking about it.

  9. All people have a dream, many people dream to have a new car, new house, new moble…

From my point of views these things are not important because
when you die you will not take anything with you.
I would like to do skydiving.
In my opinion skydiving is a very dangerous sport but it is extremely exciting.

Nowadays, there are people that insult and hit people because they are in other country,
the color of the skin even for being fat or very thin.
This is terrible because there are people that want to die for these insults.

2 years ago, Police killed George Floyd in USA. Lot of people made demostrations agains racism.
This new reached many countries. I want to knows if this will ever end.

  11. Racism is an ideology that defends that one race is superior to another. Although most of the time racism is usually white people against black people there are a few situations in which it is also the other way around.

Surely we have seen more than once a racist situation in our lives. Sadly, in Spain there is a lot of racism.

Luckily, racism is decreasing, there are less and less, younger people are usually more liberal than an adult, so with the passage of time it will disappear.

In conclusion, we are not superior to anyone just because we are of another race. We are all people and we have the same rights
