Leaving things for later can be a bad habit that affects our productivity and creates unnecessary stress. To avoid this, we can use the simple future tense to make plans. For example, instead of saying "I will do it later," we can say "I will do it at 5 pm today." This way, we have a clear goal and a deadline to work towards. By using the future tense in this way, we can prioritize our tasks and know that we are using our time effectively. Remember, a little bit of planning can go a long way in achieving our goals!

Procrastination is the postponement of fulfilling an obligation or performing an action. When the attitude becomes habitual, procrastination becomes a behavioural disorder that may require psychological attention.
ResponderEliminarIn the case of a child, procrastination may appear when he or she chooses to stay in front of the computer or television instead of finishing homework, adults may develop it when they delay a doctor's visit or when they never decide to tidy up the house, to cite one possibility.
This has several benefits, such as
-Reducing the level of stress and anxiety
-Making the day more manageable
-Not exhausting yourself
-Gaining confidence
