BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Here's my musical hint to send as a note to your teacher or boss when you can't go to school or work (why paddy is not at work today): The Sick Note by The Dubliners. You can have a look at the lyrics in this version with lyrics and I'm sure you'll have a good laugh. (Watch this Lego version to understand the meaning of the song)

Do you know what a 'foreman' is? How would you translate 'the sick note' into Spanish?

"All work and no play makes Jack/Jill a dull boy/girl"
