BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

The return of the Pink Panther?

There has been a theft of jewels from the Louvre Museum in Paris. Could it be the return of the Pink Panther? But who is the Pink Panther?

This was not a film, but also a very famous cartoon series that children used to love.

  3. DESCRIPTION OF ‘’THE ROOM’’.

    The room is very small.
There is a blue door and next to the door there is a bed.
There are two pillows on the bed.
Next. to the bed there is a wall and there are some pictures on the wall, above the bed.
Near the bed, there is a table with dishes and bottles on it, and between the bed and the table there is a chair.
Behind the bed there are some jackets.
Near the jackets there is a mirror, and between the bed and the mirror there is a window.
Below the window there is a table and a chair.
Next to the table there is a towel. The wardrobe is next to the towel, opposite the door.
In front of the door, there is another chair.

  4. Every week, I spend some time helping my grandparents at home. I usually help them with shopping or cleaning the garden. I really like talking with them because they tell me interesting stories from the past. I think it’s important to help older people and spend time together.

  5. Do you agree that schools should teach students what to do when they fails?
I think school may teach us what to do when we fail . Because a great deal of people are used to stop trying when they fail instead of taking this failure as the motivation to keep going. Thus , very few people suceed nowadays.

  6. What makes a good presentation?
The main thing to take into account to make a good presentation is the structure of it. You must be very organized . Have you ever understood a presentation very messy? Haven´t I . Other point very important is the body language , you should be confident when you´re doing a presentation. I hope these tips helps you!

  7. The 2025 theft at the Louvre Museum in Paris is deeply shocking. Not only was there a huge monetary loss, estimated at around 88 million euros in historic crown jewels, but it also represents a serious breach of cultural heritage. The audacity of the robbery, carried out in broad daylight using a furniture lift and power tools, shows how well-planned it was.Equally troubling is the apparent security failure,as officials admitted that protocols were outdated and underestimated the risk of intrusion. The fact that thieves accessed valuable pieces so easily in one of the world’s most famous museums is alarming. The aftermath raises questions about accountability,as suspects were arrested but the jewels remain largely unrecovered.Reports indicate attempts to sell them via encrypted channels, highlighting the global risk to cultural treasures. However, the robbery has sparked calls for urgent reform, including moving the most valuable items to safer locations. The incident serves as a wake-up call, urging museums and governments to rethink the balance between accessibility and security.

  8. 1. “The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth.” — Chief Seattle (1887)
I agree with this quote because it reminds us that humans are not the owners of the planet but part of it. It expresses an ecological and spiritual view in which humanity is woven into a larger system.
Understanding the quote this way challenges the modern idea that the Earth exists solely for our use. Instead, it suggests a relationship based on respect, interdependence, and humility.
    2. “Nature is not a place to visit. It is home.” — Gary Snyder (1990)
I agree with this quote as well. It criticizes the tendency to see nature as something separate from our daily lives—somewhere we “go” temporarily.
Snyder invites us to realize that we depend on ecosystems for our survival and that even in cities, we are still living within nature (air, water, food, climate). Seeing nature as “home” changes our attitude toward taking care of it: we don’t destroy the place where we live.

  9. I wanted to give my opinion on this topic. Sometimes it's said that all teenagers are the same, but I think it's important to remember that we're all different.

It's true that many of us use social media and listen to music, but there are also students who are very responsible, well-organized, and who put effort into their studies and helping at home. I, for example, am quite organized, help at home, and I like to study.

  10. I was thinking about what we teenagers believe about older generations. I think our attitude towards them depends a lot on our personal experiences. If we've had good experiences with our grandparents.

I also think that sometimes we don't quite understand their physical and mental abilities. We don't realize that they can't do the same things we can and we get impatient.

Finally, I think that sometimes we clash with their values. What's important to them isn't as important to us, and vice versa.
