BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Time to get fit... for any challenge!

Time to get fit and be ready for the summer. Physical exercise, healthy routines, balanced diets... We have no time to lose if we want to look suitable for our summer clothes, swimsuits...

Actually, we should always care about our health all the year long. It is not just a summer matter! The healthier you are, the better quality of life you will have.
