BEING A TEACHER....

BEING A TEACHER IS A DIFFICULT TASK NOWADAYS, SO I DECIDED TO FOLLOW THIS PIECE OF ADVICE BY BRUCE LEE:

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

Our rights to water

WATER!!!  WATER!!!  We need water almost for everything, we need water when we are thirsty, we need water to wash ourselves, we need water to produce energy, we need water to transport goods...

Water is so valuable in our planet and we constantly waste it in foolish things such as watering golf courses, leaving the tap open when we brush our teeth, letting the water run in fountains we can stop such as in the sports facilities here in Salobreña...

  1. Water is the most important natural resource on our planet. Due to climate change there are more and more droughts in different parts of the planet. Here in Spain it rains less and the swamps are below capacity.
This water shortage can lead to illness because people drink contamined water. Our seas and rivers are also polluted due to garbage. I know a person who does scuba diving and he has told me that the seabed of our coast is full of waste. Sometimes he organizes groups to clean the seabed.
If we don´t remedy all this, the water will be increasingly scarce and there will come a time when we don´t have the basics together. We must all help.

  2. Water is very important for life, it is the most abundant component in organic environments, living beings contain on average 70% water.

With climate change, there are more droughts, the sea level rises due the melting of the poles and there are more floods.
Many people drink polluted water, the seas are full of garbage, and aquatic animals die from plastics that are on the oceans.

We have to work together to stop this from getting worse.

  3. water is one of the most important resources in nature. all living things need water to live.

in many places it is difficult to get drinking water or just water. on many occasions, people in poor countries have to walk many miles to get water just to survive. It is very sad because it is something fundamental that we should all have. We are very lucky because we can get water very easily.

In my opinion, we should only use it when we need it.

For this we must save water , how to try don't leave the tap open while we are brushing our teeth or when we wash the dishes.

For the climate changes , every time there are more and more droughts in the world, and the water we drink is contaminated and this makes that we are sick.

The sea and rivers are contaminated too, and this makes the animals die from humans garbage, like plastics in the sea .

  6. Nowadays a person needs 50 -100 liters of water a day to do all his needs, both consumption and hygiene.
The human body is made up of 60 percent water, and 70.8 out of 100 of the earth's surface is occupied by water.

Everyday we waste a lot of water while having a shower, washing dishes, brushing our teeth, etc. We should be more conscious and not waste it since there are many places where they don't have water and it's very difficult for them to find water to survive.

The lack of water can cause many problems that have no solution, like the death and disappearance of diversity of fauna and flora, and when plants disappear, animals die and human beings are also affected.

In conclusion, water is essential in our lives because everything in our lives has water or it needs water to survive.

  7. Water is something very important and fundamental in our lives since we need it for many daily things, we need it both to drink water and hydrate ourselves, as well as to shower. Right now we have very comfortable lives since to do anything we have something to help us, but if we continue to be so selfish little by little those resources will be running out, indeed some are already running out and we are not aware of it.

In our country, there is drinking water in every house, but there are in many other countries that do not have that privilege, so every day they have to go to find drinking water, afterwards having many diseases due to drinking non-potable water.

We must be more careful and not waste water, since we need it to live, what's more, water makes up between 60% and 80% of our weight, that is, we are made up of a greater proportion of water.

In order not to waste water, we must close the tap when we are not using it, both when we are brushing our teeth and when we are washing dishes. We should also stop wasting water in unnecessary fountains or even grass fields. We should start to change so that the planet remains the same.

  8. Water is the most important natural resource on our planet since water constitutes 70 percent of the earth and 80 percent of organisms is water.

I recently read a news story that said that water had gone public so that all countries could buy shares as if the water were a private company. Which means that third world countries will not have enough economic budget to be able to distribute water to their entire population.

Which would mean much more world poverty and much social inequality, everyone should take action to save water

We didn´t know to do. I had to pick up popcorn when suddenly we heard a lot of noise, my street didn´t usually have many people.

Suddenly, everything returned to normal and all the people on the street went home.

  10. Water is the most important thing for life on the planet, even most of the human body is made up of water. When water begins to lack, all ecosystems will be affected and life on the planet will be much harder and more difficult.

We can see how bad it is without water now in underdeveloped countries, where access to water is not as easy as here. For this reason we have to give it a lot of importance and waste water as little as possible. Every day we use an enormous amount of water and for almost everything we need it.

I think that in the future water will be very scarce and many plants and animals will become extinct because of this. The world is getting worse and we are the main consequences.

  11. Water is one of the most important things in our life, since we need it to live. Water is used for almost everything, but I think sometimes we don't give it the importance it has because we see it as normal to have water when we want. We also tend to waste a lot of water or contaminate it and this can create a problem.

There are many places in the world that do not have water at home and children, the elderly ... they have to walk many kilometers to get water, but they will not only draw water, it is all the way carrying bottles. And I think that the luck we are to have water in our houses we do not value because we see it as something normal, but surely those people who have to walk for miles to get water would do anything to have water in their house.

Secondly, we have a very important problem with water, since we pollute it, we waste it ... Water pollution can become a very important problem because a lot of fauna can be lost, and I do not think we like to see how all the beaches, the rivers are with dirty water and dead animals. Another problem is that we waste water very easily because when we wash our hands we leave the tap running for a long time, when we shower we waste a lot of water, and many other things that need to be fixed.

In conclusion, I believe that we must see more of others, because not everyone has the privilege of having water in their homes, we must not pollute the waters, because a lot of fauna would be lost, we must not waste water. I hope that in a few years everything will change for the better.

  12. Water is one of the most important things we have on the planet and for that very reason we don't have to waste it.

Water scarcity can affect agriculture, livestock and industry and therefore lead to global food shortages and hunger. Disappearance of plant species. Plants need a large amount of water to develop and when water is scarce they dry up and disappear.

Take a shower instead of bathing, don't leave the tap running when brushing your teeth or shaving, don't keep the tap running when washing dishes, reuse the water.

  13. The water is the most important thing in our lives because
if we don’t have water we can’t survive. it is necessary to
drink 1-2 litres of water every day.

People use water for everything like brushing the teeth, take a shower..
I think that we waste a lot of water and we must raise awareness because
    without water we can’t live.

In other countries people don't have drinking water and they have to find it.
I think that we are lucky ones and we must close the tap when
    we aren’t use it.

  14. We all know that one of the most basic things we need to live is water. Although we all know how important it is to us and to the animals and plants around us, we don´t appreciate it enough.

We aren´t aware of how lucky we are to be able to take a few steps and be able to fill a glass of water, because we´ve always had that comfort. In many countries they aren´t that lucky and have to go a long way to get water that probably won´t be of the best quality.

We should become more aware of what this means and start saving water and not wasting it as we usually do every day.

  15. One of the most important things in this world is water and without realizing it is what we waste the most and what we give the least.
One of the reasons why it is very important is that 70% of the human body is made up of water, another reason is that the planet is also made up of 80% water.
Although we have water in our homes every day, whether it is bottled from the supermarket or straight from the tap, and we waste it thinking that we will never run out, many third world countries struggle every day for water and rarely get enough.

  17. Water is one of the most important things in our planet. Everybody needs water to live: humans, animals, plants… But do we use water with responsibility?
Firstly, water is essential for us because it is the base for life in the Earth. If we wanted to live in other planet, we would need water to survive. However, people use water for many foolish things and think that water is their property.
I think that animals and plants also have right to water like humans. I don’t understand the people who waste water because it is something that we need. We can do many things to save, for example: have shower quickly, close the tap when we wash our hands or teeth, put a bottle in the WC, use the water of the rain for the garden…
In conclusion, if we don’t use water with responsibility, we won’t survive. So it is important that we do the necessary things to help our planet.

  18. Nowadays, we need water for anything. Absolutely for all. If we are dehydrated, we drink water. If the floor or dishes are dirty, we use water. We also use water for cooking.

But, in recent years we are suffering a period of lack of rain. And besides, we waste the water. For example, we spend a lot of time bathing or we leave the tap running when we brush our teeth.

Also, I add, how some factories dump their toxic waste into rivers and pollute them, making it impossible for people to consume it. This is a big problem in populations that are supplied with water from rivers and cannot irrigate, causing the fruits to not grow correctly. In the end, water pollution ends up affecting the entire economy.

In general, we must protect and take care of the water. On a personal level, we must start consuming less water. And the leaders of the countries should control the pollution of the rivers by the industries.

  19. World Water Day is celebrated annually on 22th of March since 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, as a means of attract attention to the importance of water and the defense of the sharp regime of water resources. Although all socialist and economic activities depend a lot of the supplying and the quality of this essential resort, 2200 millions of inhabitans they haven´t got access to drinking water.

This celebration has for objective to make aware about the global crisis of the water and the necessity to look for measures to raise so that to reach the Objective of Sustainable Development N.º 6: Water and sanitation for everyone before 2030.

It´s about what water means to people, its true value and how we can better protect this vital resort. The way we value water determines how it´s managed and shared. The value of the water it is much more than price: the water has a enormous and complex value for ours homes, the culture, the health, the education, the economy, etc.

  20. I also think that water is very important, but due to the place where we live and the living conditions we have, we do not really appreciate the importance of water, so people waste it, if we had ever lived in bad conditions of life, we would appreciate it more. people waste a much-needed resource, dirtying and polluting it, which means that both plants and animals do not grow or even die

  21. Water is a very important substance for living beings. It is the sustenance of life, without water we could not live. The human body is 70% water. We need to drink water to avoid dehydration. On Earth 71% is water, most of it in oceans and seas. Not all water is drinkable, that is, it cannot be drunk. To be drinkable, it has to go through a treatment plant. Some foods give us water, like fruit. Water is so important in our lives that without it our body would not do well, it helps us with digestion, keeps the kidneys healthy, hydrates our skin ...
In addition to all that, it is essential to do food, housework, personal
    hygiene ...

Water is more important to survival than food. Thanks to it we get a lot of food.Drinking water must be a habit.

  22. Water is an essential inorganic molecule in our body and for our day to day life, since its deficiency prevents the development of life. Its improper use can be very harmful and the damage of its absence depends on the country to which you belong, being much harder in third world countries.

Its damages affect in different areas. On the one hand, it causes health problems. Every year 11 million people die from lack of water and more than 300 million fall ill from malaria, yellow fever, diarrhea, dysentery and cholera, among many other diseases, caused by contaminated water.

On the other hand, it affects the environment since some plants need a large amount of water to develop and when water is scarce they dry up and disappear. This has caused the loss of many landscapes, the disappearance of many ecosystems and animal species.

Water scarcity is a global problem that has very serious consequences for both the environment and people. Water for refugees is also a scarce commodity and it is in our power to take care of and not waste this resource so necessary for life.

  24. We can survive without food for two months. However, if we haven´t got any water, we would only survive for 3 to 5 days... These data show a lot about the significance of water in our lives. And this is just to survive! But it´s also necessary to have a shower, to brush our teeth, to cook... and for many other things.

We don´t value water enough just because it´s a resource that, luckily, we all have in our homes. But unfortunately, there are many people who don´t have this privilege. This happens in poor countries, and it really seems very sad to me.

Our society is so selfish that we waste water every day while there are thousands of people who don´t have water even for their basic needs. We are constantly wasting it when we brush our teeth, when we take long showers, when we throw oil into the sink because we pollute the water...

In Lanjarón, there are many water sources that are always running. To avoid the waste of water, it was proposed to put a button so that the water would only run when it´s needed, but the children destroyed them. This says a lot about our society, once again, showing how selfish we are.

  25. The water is the most important recourse in the Earth, all the countries know it. In Africa there isn't enough water for everybody and there are a lot of wars by the water in this continent. In Europe we have got water now, but in the future will be very difficult to get water. We have seen drought in this winter, it isn't raining for three or four months, in the north of the Spain the reservoirs are well, but in the south the reservoirs are very bad as Sevilla or Cadiz. In Granada, luckily, the reservoirs are a few better than another zones of Andalucía. The climatic change is the responsible, but the responsible of the climatic change are the companies and us.

  26. Water is the most important element of the world. Thanks to it we can live. We aren´t realized and sometimes we waste water without knowing how important is it. We can live without eating for months, but we can survive without drinking for more than five days.

Nowadays, we go to the shop and we buy a bottle without difficulties but there are countries where there are people that have to walk for hours to drink dirty water. What a pity!

Also, with climate change, it isn´t raining so there is less and less water, and plants are drying up, animals are dying... We have to change our actions early!
